Great hotel in the heart of Istanbul with friendly and professional staff that accommodate every possible need and request . Spacious room with a lot of storage space, accompanied with very big bathroom. Comfortable bed with super nice and fluffy pillows. Excellent breakfast, with variety of items to chose from. Definitely recommend to stay in while in Istanbul.

WOW! Top class service and such friendly staff. They are so helpful and accommodated my every need. Having stayed in another Hilton closer to Istanbul I have to say I prefer this Hilton here in avcilar. The extra journey towards the city is no bother as this hotels service and facilities is so much more better! Thankyou to the staff!

As a Hilton DIamond member happy that I choose this hotel. Having arrived on Tuesday, received lovely welcome and greeted by front office, bell boy, Duty manager Zafer Ozer, front office manager, all other staff that I met and housekeeping Nurgul Tevel.

The only set back is that been advised by the hotel have only a few suite rooms and as a Hilton Diamond member didn't get a suite although all other hotels in Istanbul, Doubletree provided a suite.

Although I previously stayed in this hotel Nurgul Tevel is wonderful person always greets, communicates and welcomes me. Her housekeeping skills are high level room are spotless and clean.

Sema the chef in my opinion the best chef in Istanbul from Hilton hotels, makes wonderful egg omellette or anything I request, she is alway friendly, polite and welcoming. Melisa is also good.

Waiters that I need to mention Mert Can, Deniz, Ilkur and Hanife whom got me nice Turkish dish for breakfast Kaymak, always served me Turkish coffee as requested.

Front office staff are polite nice meeting them, chatting and advising me different routes, Esra Eserten, Berivon, Tugrul, Batuhan and FO manager Mahir.

I would have given five stars but gave four stars as this was the only Doubletree in Istanbul that was unable to provide a suite as a Hilton Diamond member. Also all other Doubletree hotels wherever they are situtated able to provide a suite as an upgrade to Diamond members.
