Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Huge gym and nice pool available. Solid breakfast with a lot of local options. Dinner at restaurant also good. Location was suitable for me (business trip), for Tourists maybe a bit off.

I would like to say Best Hotel to stsy. Team iş so friendly and caring all departments specially F&B team iş amazing , very efficient , taking çare of guests with smiling face . I stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all fantastic—friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. However, the room service team could really use some re-training; they were often unresponsive, which was disappointing. Thankfully, the hotel’s location is a plus, with plenty of dining options on both sides of the highway. When room service didn’t come through, it was easy to just pop out and grab a bite, hoping they improve in that area!

Great hotel in the heart of Istanbul with friendly and professional staff that accommodate every possible need and request . Spacious room with a lot of storage space, accompanied with very big bathroom. Comfortable bed with super nice and fluffy pillows. Excellent breakfast, with variety of items to chose from. Definitely recommend to stay in while in Istanbul.

DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul - Avcilar offers a luxurious experience with modern rooms and stunning views. Guests love the indoor pool, spa, and convenient access to the business district. Though slightly removed from tourist attractions, it's ideal for those prioritizing comfort and business needs. Be prepared for slightly higher prices but enjoy the overall high-quality stay.

We checked in yesterday for a 5 day trip. The check in was seamless and the daytime staff are truly professional, caring and helpful. Room cleaning is what I would expect and it was spotless. Breakfast is not outstanding but pretty good with all you need. Staff were helpful in explaining how to commute when I wanted to go to Taksim. What was disappointing is that I requested for extra bottle of water. I use bottle water for making coffee and taking my tablets so can end up needing a bit more some days. To my surprise the evening reception staff told me to pay and buy the water as only two small bottles are given as compliments. For some reason It was disappointing and did not demonstrate good hospitality. I travel a lot and I can't remember being asked in this manner. Perhaps this was an isolated case and happy to review this again after my full trip. I did buy my water from the supermarket and sorted myself out.

Our last day at rhe Hotel was marred by a rude staff who called us to leave our hotel room even after we had paid extra to check out late about 6pm. We spoke the the supervisor a day before that out flight was going to leave late and we wanted to stay later. He agreed to this and asked us to pay half day rate which we paid and I asked him to ensure its on the system so we don't get kicked out. The following day, we get a call every 5 mins asking us when are we leaving. It was a traumatic experience as we felt we had done something illegal. When we explained that we paid for late checl out, the staff wasn't willing to listen to us. We felt threatened. This experience was so poor and left sour our taste on our experience is Turkey, Istanbul

WOW! Top class service and such friendly staff. They are so helpful and accommodated my every need. Having stayed in another Hilton closer to Istanbul I have to say I prefer this Hilton here in avcilar. The extra journey towards the city is no bother as this hotels service and facilities is so much more better! Thankyou to the staff!

Very nice hotel, amazing restaurant and reception. Very friendly and supportive staffs, especially George, he was very friendly and was of great assistance. The lobby is very beautiful and clean. Clean, quiet and cozy room. It was a wonderful experience
