I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and have traveled extensively, staying at many Hilton properties worldwide, especially DoubleTree by Hilton. In December 2021, I stayed with my family for over a week at DoubleTree by Hilton Piyalepasa Istanbul, and our experience was truly exceptional.
The hospitality, led by Esra, was extraordinary. From check-in to the duration of our stay, she ensured that we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her attention to detail and professionalism made our visit both memorable and enjoyable.
I also stayed at another DoubleTree by Hilton within Istanbul for a few days, but it didn’t compare to the high standard set by Piyalepasa. I highly recommend this property for its impeccable service and warm hospitality. A special thank you to Esra and the entire team for making our stay so remarkable!

My stay was amazing. Helpful staff, Good room service, nice amenities and good location.

I’m basing my 5 stars purely off the wonderful and helpful staff. I under went quite a bit of reconstructive surgery, a total of 13 hours in a week over two sessions. I can’t thank the staff enough for helping me carry my bags, help me walk or the lovely Thuta in the restaurant always carrying my plates of food and cups of tea/asking if I would like a refill - it means the world to see that they can see the pain in my eyes but want to help make it just a little easier.
The location is not ideal as it far from the main tourist attractions. The rooms could be a little larger and a little more care to them (broken draw handles, broken lamp, no English channels on the TV, not a lot of bench space in the bathroom).
All in all a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering all the modern amenities one could ask for.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. The variety of options was impressive, and everything was fresh and delicious. A special shoutout to Putu, the morning waitress, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a pleasant experience. She was always smiling, very attentive, and made us feel right at home. Her friendly service really made the mornings extra special.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

the staff were very polite, very hardworking, I could feel that they are under a bit of pressure and at one point I heard the manager say to remove the plates immediately. I think they should work more quietly and not stay so close to the visitors. They were with us all the time and you didn't think it was necessary. The food was very tasty, the hotel very clean, the spa very good. The hotel did not have green spaces outside, there were no restaurants outside and this was missing a lot.

Our stay at Piyalepaşa Hilton was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, and the level of service remained impeccable throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly designed.

We stayed this hotel 3nights. such a nice hotel, lobby and rooms, but staff was not good. Location is good and they have shuttle to taksim. But staff is not so much professional. I think that some of them don’t know anything about hotel working(it is not about all of them.) Housekeeping worker forget to put teeth paste and towel some day. Thank you so much

Beautiful hotel, lobby and rooms, but staff and location ruins the stay. Location is pretty far from walking to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Staff kept me waiting for an hour when checking out because they over charged me for fridge drinks. 2 bottle of water cost me 800 TL. Just be careful not to touch the fridge.

**Hotel Stay Review: 6 Nights**
I recently stayed at this hotel for six nights and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory.
Firstly, the front desk staff were quite inflexible. I requested a late checkout for just 30 minutes, but the receptionist not only refused but also insisted that I did not understand him, which was quite frustrating.
Secondly, parking was not complimentary. I paid nearly 1300 TL for parking, and the parking area itself was difficult to navigate, adding to the inconvenience.
The breakfast service also left much to be desired. For items like omelets and Turkish tea, I had to specifically request them, and then wait for the waiters to bring them, which often took 5-10 minutes. This delay detracted from what could have been a pleasant breakfast experience.
In summary, while the hotel has potential, these issues significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I would advise future guests to be prepared for these challenges.

Amazing staff! Very friendly and very focused on making your stay perfect. We’ve been there for 14 nights (11.01-25.01.2024) and we booked with half board. I have to say that those people from the restaurant went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!
Special thanks to Emily :) who was amazing each and every time and also to the restaurant chief of staff who made us special menu for the dinner considering we were there for 2 weeks in order for us not to eat the same dish every night.
The rooms service was spectacular and also the food was very tasty! My favourites were the lentils soup and the lava cake. Thanks again to all of you! You made our stay amazong and we will remember it as one of the best!
The only downside for this hotel was the location, but has nothing to do with the people. And they have a FREE shuttle bus that takes you to Taksim and from there you can go wherever you want with metro/cab/ tram to visit Istanbul.
