My friend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, kind and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

My family stayed there from 7th to 11th of May and they had a horrible experience
The booking was done through Booking.com
Below issues with this hotel:
1- They have posted a picture of a roof top access with view to sea in booking.com but in reality they won’t let you access it. They simply say: Only 1 roof has got access to the roof top and that room is more expensive
2- Breakfast is marked as fabulous in Booking.com, but it’s just normal! Nothing extraordinary… you could find much better breakfasts in other hotels
3- Rooms aren’t the best and cleaning service is awful
4- Very unprofessional customer service
5- Very expensive for what you get and don’t trust their reviews on booking applications
Moral of the story, you could find much better places to stay with same money or even less !!

This is your dream hotel in Istanbul. Everything worked so well for our first trip to Turkey, and we were truly grateful to have chosen to stay here. The hotel's location is perfect - it's within walking distance of all the major attractions in the old town, and it's only five minutes of walking to the subway, tram, ferry, and train. Though it was next to a train station, the hotel was quiet at night, and we slept well. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was plenty and delicious, with choices for both Turkish dishes and American continental breakfast. I will bring my family to visit Istanbul next year, and I will definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent hotel in an area good for travel links, restaurants and bars. Staff are a credit to the place, whole team go above and beyond. Good breakfast, 24hr tea/coffee available, rooms cleaned daily (if you wish)
Only thing to point out is there are a couple of buuldings close by being renovated, so during work day, there is a bit of noise etc. But nothing too bad and bo fault of the hotel

The hotel is great for a turists on few days journey. We had a room with see view and we really liked it! The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly. The rooms are small but clean, in the room you have a lot of little things that you need for your stay (everything for care, water, kettle, hairdryer, slippers, even a needle and thread). There are not many types of food offered for breakfast, but what is there is very tasty. In any case, a highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect in this hotel. Very clean bedrooms, comfortable, all amenities were available. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Great location: near the Bosphore, Galata Bridge, Blue mosque, Cistern Basilica, grand bazaar and Egyptian bazaar. The tram is 2min away by walk. Many restaurants and shops around.

I liked the staff's work the most - they helped us with all the questions we asked. It was very nice! The hotel itself is clean, I liked the interior, the windows are floor-to-ceiling. The breakfast is hearty, there are interesting Turkish snacks, pastries, fruits, vegetables.

The hotel was excellent with clean rooms and amazing staff who went out of their way to help. Major tourist sites were within walking distance, including tram services. Breakfast was fantastic, and as a family of five, we all had a great experience.
