**Review:** I recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul, and it was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful from the moment we arrived. Shockingly, they forced us to move to another suite before our check-in date without any explanation or apology. To make matters worse, they charged us a deposit, which they never returned, despite multiple requests.
This hotel is poorly managed, and their treatment of guests is unacceptable. The entire experience left a bad taste, and I will never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. If you're considering staying here, think twice—there are much better options in Istanbul where you'll be treated with respect.
However rooms are average take euros in cash if you didn't paid online else Turkish lira exchange rate that they will ask is as per Google which no exchange will give same exchange rate.
They serve breakfast which is also average eggs ,tea , salami,sachets for coffee you have to make it yourself
They charged me 100$ for night cruise trip and said luxury but unfortunetally they booked low class tour 35$ just destroyed my cruise tour, also laundry they charged extra high outside 30 Turkish lira and they charged 100 Turkish lira for each dress.
my expierence with this hotel staff very bad, i will suggest to everyone be aware don't trust them.
- I was not satisfied with the level of service. First I was placed in the room different from what I had booked, then they wanted me to move to another room but didn't say anything in the, just packed my things when I was out of the hotel which I didn't like at all.

-High Speed Wifi
-Delivery food in 8 to 25 minutes from McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Pappa Johns, Doner, Healthy Food, Intalian Restaruant and Indian also etc. to your room.
-Quite silent place
