The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Salim, the hotel manager. Salim, a native of Istanbul with excellent English skills, was extremely helpful and courteous. When I inquired about traveling from Istanbul to Bursa, Salim conducted thorough research and provided me with precise information. Moreover, he arranged a taxi for me to get to the bus terminal, ensuring a seamless journey.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was very positive, thanks to its great location, clean environment, and outstanding staff. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.
The main issues was the AC not working in our room - it was just working as a fan, no cooling. In the end of September, you could open the window in the inner courtyard, unless bugged by mosquitoes and the muezzin.
The view from the rooftop is good (watch out for the seagulls), the coffee and the omelet are also good, the rest of the breakfast is mediocre.
The room was clean, cozy, and spacious. Didn't hear any noise from outside.
The hotel has an elevator, and it's very helpful after exploring Istanbul all day long. All reception staff were offering very good service, all thumbs for them.
Near the Blue Mosque, mini shop, and children playground. There is also a mini sports ground for adults nearby.
The hotel is also near the Indonesian restaurant: Bu Deden.
