recently stayed at Eurostars Hotel Old City in Istanbul and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to recumbent at the reception. From the moment I checked in, ercument went out of his way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I arrived at the hotel after a long trip and I was tired. I asked the receptionist that I would extend an additional day. Do you want me to pay now or when I wake up? He told me that he did not mind. I asked him to please do not disturb me and call me. It was 5 in the morning, but I would be surprised when it started at 1 o’clock. The phone rang, and another employee asked me to pay the amount immediately, and I said, “I asked you not to disturb me.” He said on the phone, “so he said yes but that is enough, and I want the money now.” When I went to him and said, “I spoke with your colleague and that I asked him not to disturb me,” he answered me, “This is your fault, not ours if you Like it or not this not our business ), his style was very unprofessional and unwelcoming to visitors. The employee's name was (Argumant). He was very bad in dealing with him and spoke in a loud voice to the point that I was the one who remained silent and left him.

Decent hotel but no air con very stuffy. Room views are just the street below very very noisy, brekkie can be improved, very convenient location in the heart of all tourist attractions.

The hotel was in a decent location. The main tourist sites were within 10 mins walking distance, which was great.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
There was no chair/seat in my room which was uncomfortable. Just had lie down.
They had a large variety of dishes for Breakfast which was pleasing.
Overall it was decent.
I would go back next time I'm in istanbul and would recommend it to others.

I hate this hotel.. the reception was so rude to us when I told them I want to fix the dates, I paid extra on top of my reservation so I can have flexibility with my dates and I showed them the receipt and they didn’t believe me.. on top of all that the second we got to the hotel and the bathroom was dirty and when we asked them to clean it they refused to..

This place is a mess. Very dirty and it frankly stinks. We couldn't stay there because there were bed pugs and it was so tiny, room sizes only between 16 to 24 m. Breakfast is poor and not fresh. The bellows and mattresses are of the most average class I have ever encountered. Very small corridor for reception and bed smell in the Pathroom with no ventilation.
