We stayed on the second floor and everything was normal. But the room was very cold.

The stuff so rude they don’t care about customers and there’s noise ever night i don’t recommend at all

Dirty bed linens and they only gave me one pillow also they have put me a soft linen to cover my self no blankets the room service never showed up

Difficult car parking. The staff not so friendly. The rooms for value is ok

Even if I have to pay double the amount, do not book this.
1. The room is damaged as if it were hit by an earthquake. Even after checking three different rooms, all were in the same miserable condition.
2. The air conditioner doesn't work.
3. When taking a shower, the bathroom emits a very strong sewage smell that fills the entire room.
4. Room service never visited the room during the two weeks.
5. The refrigerator is broken.
6. The mattress is very hard, just like wood.
7. You cannot park your car because the only four parking spaces are reserved for the hotel staff.
8. The internet does not reach all rooms.
9. Do not expect any welcome or even a fake smile from any of the staff.

Passed 4 nights in this hotel, bad room service, dirty, cigarette smell, the shocking that rooms share a hall window between their bath which let the smell and noise of other side comes (see the dark picture).

The service was terrible!
First, the man did not speak English, then he had a constant arrogant and rude tone with us.
He constantly tried to make excuses for us not to book a place in the hotel and showed us the worst rooms they had with defects.
Not only that, but when he asked one of the piccolos to show us a room, he switched off the electricity from the room and when we got up, he turned the button on infront of us.
I don’t know the name of the guy, but he is not good for the business and should be fired as soon as possible.

Service provided was beyond expectation. Clean room, privacy maintained, connected to Domestic airport so location provided everything you would look short stay.
Staff understands your needs and even that little inconvenience as a tourist. Ahmet and Amigo made me feel like home.

The rooms lack hygiene. Smoking smell everywhere even on the ACs. Rooms are very small and can barely fit 2 persons. Not recommended.

As an international guest, I faced lot of issues as the staff had just 1person (Ahmet) to understand and assist us.
He was approachable for any assistance.
Unlike other staff members who looked at me like an unwanted outsider, with disgrace and rude response to any assistance I needed.
I had to share 2 stars only for the service and assistance provided by Ahmwt and Amigo.
