Read this! No security and safety!!!
I stayed here for a week, shower was broken, the light was so low and they didn’t have enough lamps, the reception girl was nice but when we put do not disturb sign; they entered the room without permission and our things were lost after that! They even touched our clothes and our suitcases! Worst experience is safety!

We have stayed in this hotel for 7 days, the position is perfect, just the neighborhood of Blue Mosque, and the house owner is very kind. Perhaps more suitable for backpackers to live in. Since we have 3 kids with us,there is no breakfast provided at the hotel, so it is not so convenient for that we wake up early and have to look for restaurants around.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its location ... especially
Nargiz who is AMAZING!!!available day and night for all
questions!! Easy five-minute walk from all the tourist attractions .fabulous cafes. Restaurants..shops!
Rooms were clean comfy beds and soundproof windows !!! Nargiz also arranged our transport by private car to the airport! I've traveled different parts of the world and this place is superb! highly recommend it!! We'll stay here again!!

We stayed at Fatma Sultan Hotel for 5 nights.
The hotel is very close to main attractions: The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cisterna, etc... just a few minutes walk.
The room was clean, colorful and had AC.
We communicated very well with Nargiz, she was amazing. Every time we had a request, she did her best. We really appreciated this.
Good value for money, we will definitely come back to Fatma Sultan Hotel next time in Istanbul.

The location is great right behind blue mosque less than 100 m from sultanahmet tram stop incline to and from hotel not very steep. The staff Nargiz and Salim at front desk were extremely helpful Nargiz went out of her way with tourist info, arranging transport and making sure we were comfortable at all times She is a star asset to this hotel and conversed in English which eases communication The room 5 that we stayed had comfortable bed clean linen and bath room was seperate very clean and spacious plenty head room airy mould free with lovely toiletries and clean towels
