Location within the neighborhood

The hotel is very close to Karaköy of tram T1, which makes travel convenient. The hotel staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Our triple room is of moderate size, but the third person has a sofa chair and a mattress, which is not easy for the child to sleep on. She is less than 160 cm tall, and if she is taller than 160 cm, the length of the extra bed may not be enough. The bathroom is too small and the towel rack is too high, which tests our height. The water pipe of the shower head leaks and is replaced immediately after we report it. The service is very good!

If you are ready for your room window to overlook the hotel courtyard - this is the place for you. The thing is that all the windows of this hotel overlook the courtyard, but we were even luckier - 3 windows of our triple room overlooked just the corridor, so it was quite stuffy, there was no talk of fresh air.
Everything else was: continental breakfast with a minimum of dishes of national Turkish cuisine, "excellent" view from the restaurant of the neighboring roofs and the sea in the distance.
The hammam and sauna were especially pleasant.
The hotel is clean, daily cleaning, the staff is friendly and welcoming, eager to help.
However, when I asked that the room should have a bath and shower - they referred to an error on the hotel booking website. Therefore, what is an "open-air bath" that was promised to me when booking, no one explained. No apologies, no pleasant bonuses.
I do not recommend.

We stayed at this hotel during the last week of Nov 2024. The staff is very courteous and helpful. We arranged airport transport and one excursion with the help of the hotel manager, and it was very convenient. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is quiet at night, which is great.
The location of the hotel is awesome ! the tram is right across the street and most of the tourist destinations are just a few stops away. Saves time and money.
The hotel is right next to the Galata bridge with all its restaurants nearby.
Do not miss the famous Karakoy Gullouglu backlava shop, 8 min walk from the hotel.
The breakfast is included and is good, but it could have had a few more continental items, in my opinion.
All in all, a wonderful stay !

The location & hotel spa is the best part about the stay (reading other reviews we found out that the spa hallway has cameras, unfortunately we did not read this before our stay which now makes us question the integrity of the spa)
If you are visiting for a short visit(a night), this could be a good spot, however, if you are looking for a long term stay please do look for other options within the area too. The hallway is loud; you can hear people walk around. They only give you one key to the room which is slightly strange. The room also did feel smaller than what was shown on booking.
The WiFi was barely working in the room (which made us purchase additional data) however, the network connection in the room was also extremely poor. The staff initially refused to believe us but when we had someone come into the room & try it out themselves they could not deny it. Despite saying that they have restored the connection it barely worked. The AC in the room we were given was not working either along with the bathroom lights & the door wouldn’t shut.
The room was always filled with mosquitoes and the windows could not be left open. There is no real way for light to come either, so the room can feel even more dingy.
All in all, this did not feel like a stay for leisure but more for convenience due to its location & that we could not get a refund to our booking.
The staff is friendly & they have a good spread for breakfast, however it is the same everyday which can become monotonous.

The hotel staff are very professional! With a can-do attitude. Ready to help with any room adjustments, personalised/group tours, recommendations around the city, shuttle services to/from airport and anything else one might need.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was a bit small and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.
