My review is based on my 10-day stay in April 2025. The location was convenient—close to the metro and the market—and the area felt safe, with no concerns about gangs or any disturbances. However, the overall experience had its downsides. The room was small, and the elevator wasn’t functioning properly. Most of the staff lacked professional communication and came across as rude. That said, one of the employees, Mohamed, was helpful and assisted with carrying my luggage, which I appreciated. Despite his kindness, the general attitude of the staff left much to be desired.

Another issue was that people were frequently smoking near the lobby's front entrance. So, if you have sensitivities to smoke or simply prefer a smoke-free environment, this could be a concern.

I am writing this review so that the owner can fix the situation in his hotel. We arrived at the hotel on July 2, 2025 and I was shocked by the dirty rooms. The bathtubs in the bathroom need replacing, broken, moldy on all sides. The cleaners do a very poor job. Black hair is lying everywhere. The floors are not cleaned, they only smear dirt. The furniture and baseboards are covered in ingrained dirt. They can't even wash the taps well, everything is covered in limescale. They don't wash the kettle, I had to wash it myself at 12 midnight. They don't clean the air conditioner, it's also covered in mold. There's a sewer smell on the 7th floor and this smell was in the rooms (can't they really get rid of it?). And you want $145 for this room, are you kidding? I wouldn't recommend your hotel to anyone. It's not worthy of 4 stars.

A strange booking system. Some strange agent offer it at 90€ whereas rooms were available at 51€. Hotel ask for direct website booking but it's always shows fully booked but rooms available on internet . , 😕

Rooms are very small, dirty, very old, I found mold at some corners, small black worms at the shower, bug on the bed, stain on towels and sheets, when I told the housekeeper she replied rudely that it is not their problem!
I hope they fix their issues so as to avoid disappointing other tourists.
Staff never have any courtesy towards tourists.

Staff was not very helpful , on day 1 our toilet was not working , they changed our room but the bar fridge was broken in the second room. When we asked for it to be fixed nothing was done. Room are very small. Breakfast was below average and the same options were served for 5 days. On the upside the beds were comfortable and water quite hot in the shower. Location is amazing and close to public transport as well as tourist sites. Overall rating 2 star.

This hotel has both positive and negative point
The positive point is breakfast is varying and delicious. And the location is perfect near of all metro and the service is good, The They came every day to clean the room. employees were very courteous and helpful.
The negative point is the hotel was very old and small room, His bathroom smelled bad. And poor internet connection.

The hotel was clean, and the location was convenient. However, there was no noise insulation in the doors, and guests were quite loud, making it difficult to sleep both at night and in the early mornings. The breakfast was very basic, nothing special.

Good location, but very old rooms with broken furniture and curtains, moldy showers, dirty toilets and sinks, stinky bathrooms and breakfast area, dirt on many places in the room, and very bad breakfast.
It is a pity, because if the rooms would not be dirty and stinky, several of them would be very nice, like the family rooms and the suite.

The water pressure is very low.
The water stopped while I'm taking shower 3 times also all the time toilet smell so bad reception smell kitchen, Only one left and very small Also they charge money to use swimming pool Very basic breakfast So for all of this is not worth one star so bad
