Taking into consideration the price-quality ratio, this is one of the best hotel for accommodation in Istanbul. They have many facilities to offer, including a very varied breakfast. It has a swimming pool, sauna, as well as a restaurant, but also free parking. The only disadvantage is the distance from the points of interest, but you can take the taxi or the metro.

Personally, this is the best hotel to stay in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul. They have many facilities provided such as pool, gym, sauna, massage, restaurant and Steam room. There are many restaurants outside of the hotel too and they close around after midnight. The train stop is only 5mins walk away.

The hotel was good ,clean ,neat and with lovely staff
The breakfast was lovely and guests relation employee was checking the guests on daily bases to make sure all was good for them

5 stars definitely not, the staff was friendly but we didn't manage to book online and the hotel said you could also pay on site. Suddenly they wanted almost double the price on site. I complained to the manager, he said only then would we go in another hotel unbelievable we then left and immediately found another very nice hotel...

Good service and polite staff. When we were at the hotel, our son had a birthday, so we wanted to surprise him in the room. I contacted Esra from the Guest Relations Department and she did a fantastic decoration. She is very kind and responsive person. 🥰

I highly recommend the hotel. I also recommend an exceptional massage by Mr. Baris and the exceptional reception in the water area by Miss Zekiye.

Excellent Service and polite staff especially staff member Esra, she assisted me and my family throughout our stay and ensured she made things right. Rooms were clean and the food was great. Would Recommend this Hotel xx

The location is inconvenient. There is construction everywhere. Car parking is small. There is a strong chemical smell at the entrance. The staff is polite and responsive. But for some reason he asks for everyone’s passport. Other hotels don't ask. This is a big minus for them. Breakfast is poor. The choice is not very large. And every day it's the same. Room for 4. Temperature not regulated. Wi Fi is very weak. The ventilation on the toilet does not work. And the TV also doesn’t work well and the quality is bad. And you need to replace the broken cups. This is a big minus. The hotel is rated 3+.
