The hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but I did enjoy my stay. Primarily the service was great. I was there alone while undergoing a stressful medical procedure. The staff, especially a nice young fellow named Can made me feel at home and helped raise my spirits. His English was very polished. It would not have been as good of an experience without his excellent service. I am indebted. Thank you Gorrion!

A nice hotel. I stayed for a few hours only. The lunch that was covered by the airline company was very basic. There are a couple of supermarkets in the vicinity.

My stay there was absolutely amazing. From the very kind and welcoming staff to the amazing breakfast and room service they had. There is always someone who speaks English as well to assist.
The only thing I had to get used to was that the shower was open, meaning no curtains so the water splashed all over. Luckily their room service replaced the towels when they cleaned the room every morning so that helped.
For the price, it’s an absolute steal and would definitely recommend staying there!

Our flight from Kuala Lumpur to Istambul was late, so we missed flight to Vilnius and had to stay in this glorious city for one night. And oh my..... weather was a bit rainy and cold, but.! Rooms tidiness and breakfast variety with such a massive amount of tastes of turkish food, pastries and sweets made our life much much colourful!!!;) thank's for a hotel staff for making our stay as comfortable as possible!!!

traveled with partner, very nice service. the breakfast has so many options, honey, hams, fresh made omelets, burgers, different kinds of drinks, cheeses etc. above and beyond our expectation.
the front desk helped us to transfer two big luggage to our room all the way from downstairs. room size is the biggest during our trip.

I stayed for 4 nights at the hotel for business with breakfast included.
The room was decent, the hotel in general is definitely showing it's sign of wear and tear, like scuffs on the edges of the drawers/closets. There is AC in the room, but is not controllable, so it was a bit warm in the room. Some people might like it, I didn't like it too much. Bed was very comfortable and many pillows of different types were available, so that was a huge plus for me.
Breakfast was decent, there was a variety of foods and drinks available.
I made it to the hotel using my own car. There was free parking available in a secured garage underneath the hotel, so getting from the garage to my room was very quick and easy. I really liked this feature compared to a vale system.
Overall, decent stay, not any real complaints. Staff was very friendly and accomdating. Would probably stay there again due to location of my business being nearby.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We decided to take a smokers room since we both smoke but there was no smell in the room at all. The cleaning staff cleans the room very well. The restaurant in the hotel is good and the food is nice. They have a little spa area aswell with steam room, sauna, fitness and a pool.
The only con about this hotel is that its located in a working area where there isnt alot of options for going out or shopping. Taxi from our hotel to Taksim or Besiktas costs around 500 Turkish Lira (~15€)

Terrible customer service. Very slow checkin. No privacy and data protection. The receptionist shouts your name and surname in front of many strangers. Location is not idea. It is in the middle of nowhere. No shops around. But the rooms are good and silent. The toilets could be better cleaned though.

I had a comfortable stay at Gorrion Hotel in Istanbul. The facilities were good, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. Special thanks to Inci at reception for her exceptional hospitality and assistance during my visit. Her attention to detail and warm welcome made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Really nice hotel and service. I will book again.
A few negatives:
1. Aircon in room not working
2. Shower guard border was dirty and needs replacing.
3. Carpet stain; and old food on armchair. Housekeeping need to double check room and clean it properly
