This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. All the major tourist spots are very easy to get to from the tram station, which is 1 minute away from the hotel. Staff were nice and polite, and I would like to thank Mr Serhat and Mr Volkan, who assisted me during my stay, for the help they provided.

If there will be no star I would like to score it cause doesn’t really worth 4stars …
I come from my trip suddenly no water in the bathroom I call to bring some water cause I had soap on my face and hands noone even reacted I ordered salad from restaurant after 20min I called was difficult to communicate luck of English then at the end someone explain to me that they didn’t prepare it cause person who toke the order forgot room number I had to eat cause I have trip in 20min 😞….

The location is good, it is close to the tram station. The rooms are very old, the beds are small. Breakfast was horrible... And the staff is very rude.

The hotel is very bad in terms of treatment, staff, food and room cleanliness.
It was a very bad experience actually.

Unfortunately, this hotel is getting worse every year. There is no water, no coffee, and not enough cups in the breakfast room!! It is extremely bad and without variety. I do not recommend this hotel anymore.

Location is great in the middle of everything and there is a parking space if you have a car as the area is very busy and crowded

The recipient are helpful and nice

Rooms are ok , renovated and has all facility needed but they are a bit stingy with water and the Wifi keep cutting.

Very nice with reasonable price and acceptable breakfast.
Less than one min. waking to Findikzade tramway station.
Many good restaurants in the area.
I used to choose it whenever I am in Istanbul.
Thank to the manager, he gave me an express check-out for free till 14 o'clock.

Very bad hotel,not worth the money,poor service ,very bad internet also some rooms are very small+the heating doesn’t work

The reception people were really helpful. Room was decent and toilet clean and good shower. Only drawback is the lift is really small if you have a baby pram then only 1 person can get on it with the pram. The breakfast choice is also not so great.
