Grand Asiyan Hotel

The worst hotel I have ever been in ,there is no drinking water in the rooms and the air conditioner is very small the room so small that you can barely move in it

I do not recommend it... a dirty hotel... there were bed bugs that I took home with me... I will not be back... plus tiny rooms and some of the staff are rude... it does not deserve 4 stars

Horrible, horrible, shocking....run away quickly!!! Arrogant and disrespectful receptionist, almost sent us away from the hotel upon arrival, the dirty, poorly dressed, rude chambermaid, we asked for an extra bed for a 6 year old child when we made our reservation, upon arriving at the room we waited 30 minutes for a 70 cm baby bed, after complaining and an hour of waiting, we received an extra bed with torn sheets and a yellow pillow with dirt. We asked for the bedding to be changed, the chambermaid came back with cleaner bedding that he practically threw on the bed without arranging it. The room was too small, although we had initially booked a family room to the point that each of us accessed our bed by the foot of the bed, no more space between the beds. On the day of our reservation we had also requested access to the swimming pool, upon arrival we were told that the pool was under repair for 10 days as luck would have it that was the length of our stay........we spent one night, then fled to another hotel. A word of advice, don't even think about accessing their page or their website to see the hotel.

Not four stars and not three stars, everything in this hôtel is or dirty or old. we stayed 7 nights and not once our sheets were replaced and our towels were replaced only after we complained, the buffet is very plain and never changed, there was some honey only the first day, very bad juice made from those powder packets, squeaky floor and very tight bathroom, toilet seat is 3 inches from the wall, not possible to sit on comfortably, and while in the bathroom you hear next door guest every move and whisper. and while you're at the sink, the ceiling also leaked on your head. I will not take my family to this hotel again.

As overall, we had a bad experience, the rooms were very small ,breakfast buffet was very poor, when we asked about omelet they said that we should pay for that even though it is inside the buffet, Fruits were not available except old Watermelon, very little and finish quickly.
