Misleading, Unhygienic, and Unsafe – Horrible Experience

Our stay at this hotel was a series of disappointments and felt very untrustworthy. I booked two large rooms for my family, including three young children (8, 4, and 2 years old), based on photos that showed a clean, spacious setup. However, the rooms were nothing like the pictures online—dirtier, and lacking basic amenities shown on social media.

When we arrived, the manager rudely informed us we’d need to pay an additional 30 euros per night for each child except our youngest, even though there was no mention of this during booking. There was no option for a refund if we canceled, which was extremely frustrating.

Cleanliness was a major issue. The bathrooms were covered in fungus, making showers impossible, and even after asking for a cleaning, nothing was done. The entire room was filthy, with bed bugs that left bites on my children. The WiFi was unreliable, and the wall plug was broken, posing a serious hazard.

Additionally, the shuttle service prices were inconsistent. When they picked us up from the airport, we were charged 1,800 TRY. But for the return trip to the airport, they suddenly charged us 1,650 TRY. There was no official pricing, and this constant price change felt like a scam.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. It was unsafe, misleading, dirty, and completely unprofessional.

They are big scammers they got a cut for every thing you book .. rooms are pretty average for the price you book.. please don’t book any additional packages through them

This was the worst hotel i have stayed at i was here for 2 days and both of the days they didnt clean my room and top of the reception i ask him a question every question i ask he says i dont know and the ac i have to call the reception 3 times for the ac to open worst hotel in have stayed at

Toilet didn't work properly, bed bugs (my son had bites all over his body), breakfast didn't have enough variety for tourists/foreign people, the taxi driver was very rude and inconsiderate. However, the service was very good as the hotel staff were very kind and keen to help, and the location is perfect as the tramway and all the restaurants/bazaars/popular sights are nearby for tourists.

Disrespectful, very bad treatment, high price, the air conditioning is turned off and controlled from the reception, it is the worst decision I made to live in Istanbul.
