They are very clean and tidy hotel. I stayed there 7 nights with my wife. They are very friendly and the staffs are well mannered. If anything happened with my room facilities they took immediate action. I liked their prompt actions in every matter. I appreciate their effort to make guests happy. Wishing them a good future. First of all, the location is good in terms of proximity to popular sites and public transportation. Still, it’s a bit dangerous, I didn’t feel very comfortable walking on my own around the area.
The hotel itself well… not so good. The photos on booking and other sites are pretty deceiving. That’s not how this place looks. In the beginning we were given a really small room and even though it was cleaned, it still felt dirty. It’s bearable for a 1-2 nights but not 7 nights like in our case.
The employees are nice, especially the receptionist who gave us a more spacious and cleaner room when we requested a change. That’s why I gave 2 stars.
Mind you, there are two buildings. In the first one, the rooms are painfully small. In the second one, they are slightly better. Also, that’s where they serve breakfast, 7th floor. The breakfast is really a disappointment. There’s variety, but everything is sooo dry. All the food has a taste like it’s been pre-heated for days. I’m definitely not a picky eater but this breakfast is simply bad.

we booked this hotel for two nights, according the foto's and description of on the site, we expected a normal hotel, but when we arrived in this hotel we surprised by the worst behaviour of the an old man receptionist who was an angry and disrespect person, in front of this hotel is a construction site with lots of noise and the all hotel is too dark and you can not afford of wetness and cigarettes smells. fortunately we could immediately contact the lastminute.com and cancel our reservation and booked another hotel. we are very thankful and satisfied from the customer service of lastminute.com

Cool hotel, clean and cosy rooms, breakfast is very tasty and fresh, there is food for every taste, the staff is very polite and friendly, the area is good, the metro is located nearby, you can get to various attractions in a couple of minutes, I recommend!!!😍😍😍

Staff ready to help you when needed!! (They solved with my parking really easy.. just dropped the keys and everything was done!!
Good food for the price.

The hotel deserve one star at most. The room we received was on the 6th floor. Only one elevator, very crowded when groups are checking in or ouț. Very small room, the radiator was not working, the air conditioning was very noisy, impossible to sleep with it on. The bathroom ventilation was smelling of cigarette smoke. Only shampoo in the bathroom. No coffee cup, no water, no tea. In addition, a group of young people staying there who were partying all night, did not let us sleep, despite all the intervention of the reception. I do not recommend.

4 stars for
1- the syrian man mr ahmed he was amazing with smile thats what we all want someone to welcome us with smile .
2- the facilities like the sauna / turkish path / pool considering to the price was amazing
3- the breakfast very good
4- the price was affordable and it was kind of clean hotel
Whati dont like about
1- there is no water electric kettle in rooms and for me this is soo important
2- the pool water was cold
3- and there was an old man at the reception
His attitude was a bit unfriendly

I had a short stay there. The location of the hotel is very good which is near to the Main Street so the street is flat and convenient for elder people. One of the staff who showed us our room was cooperative. However, at the breakfast, there was someone else from the staff who was unable to communicate in English. Poor variety of food for the breakfast. The breakfast was at the 7th floor and only one elevator was available so it was crowded all the time. The housekeeping staff didn’t change the towels or bed sheets during our stay. There was no trash basket at the room itself, only at the bathroom.

Great Stay at Grand Onal HotelI had a fantastic stay at the Grand Onal Hotel.
The staff provided excellent service, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Caner, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He helped us switch rooms, explained local destinations, assisted with bookings, and even translated Turkish for us. His dedication made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next visit to Turkey.

If I could give it 0 I would, DO NOT STAY HERE. They will try and scam you and make you stay in the older building when there is a new building next door they don’t tell you about. When they say the Turkish Bath is included they mean that you have to do it yourself and the area that it’s in is not taken care of. The pictures are a complete lie and beware of taxi drivers outside they will harass you. They also won’t clean your room unless you ask them too, you have to actually chase the staff to get them to clean your room and then they will harass you to “make sure” you are staying in the building. The bath towels were ripped as well. The bathroom mirror was rusted in the middle of the mirror.
