During my recent stay at the Grand Washington Hotel, I found the building to be visually appealing and the location convenient. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The rooms were small and the furniture appeared worn and outdated. The staff's proficiency in English was limited, making communication challenging. Despite being classified as a four-star hotel, the amenities and services provided were more in line with a two-star rating. The high room rates did not align with the quality offered, as the air conditioning was subpar and the internet connection slow. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others If you are considering staying at this hotel, it is strongly advised to carefully read the reviews before making a booking decision. Should you choose to proceed with the reservation despite any negative feedback, it is important to take responsibility for your choice and refrain from lodging complaints afterwards.

Really nice rooms, staff is polite and on help. They took care off our passport in their safe. On the roof is nice restorant. Minibar is full. Lots of shampoo and towels in room. Free water and coffee in room. Lots of restaurants and caffe bar in walking distance.

Hotel located in the Fatih area, close to the metro and tram station. The check-in starts from 2 p.m.The room was clean, the towels were changed daily, cleaning was done daily. It has a rooftop restaurant with a panoramic view of the city. The hotel is located close to the Grand Bazaar (just one tram stop or a maximum of 15 minutes on foot) and just 3 tram stops from Sultanahmet Square. It doesn't have its own parking.

Great location, stroll down to the shops and public transport, walk up to historic places and local eating places.
The rooms ae good size, comfortable beds, water and beverage offered in the room. Facilities fully stocked. ports to charge devices available. good storage facilities. My only bug bear are the wall mirrors placed near the window, reflects a lot of light from the window as day breaks making it difficult to sleep. Staff are great and helpful. Gym facilities are good, front desk staff has a bit of an attitude, not very helpful though. Swimming pool was cold, lights not on as it appears on the website. Towels we were told to bring from our room. facilities not open in the morning until after 12:00noon. Restaurant was great, breakfast well stocked and staff helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will consider for next visit.

Has wheelchair ramps but very steep and impractical. Has 2 small lifts that can only accommodate 4 persons. This is a budget hotel. Nothing fancy... good for a sleep over only. No real facilties. Not recommended fir disabled persons.

A nice hotel, the rooms are a bit too small.
They offered a free water bottle only the first evening!
The towels were very tired, the breakfast was ok, but not very diverse.
My room had no view to the city, I was very disappointed!

This hotel has a great location, and that's about it. Rooms are small, old and shabby, sewage odour in them is pretty strong, (old building), staff at the reception is uninterested, to say the least. Breakfast is not very good, not many options. Loud music from the rooftop makes it impossible to sleep. 4 stars is a joke.

Wonderful Indonesian Miss I called her Bussy ,she make a wanderful Medical message ,she is Prof. .
-The reception staff are wonderful and friendly.
- there are swimming pool but Small.
v.nice souna room.

- don't clean room perfectly specially the path room.
- Some workers without a smile as they were tired and stressed.
- The food for breakfast was v.good, but it is repeated almost every day and the employee are workhard but without any smile ,they are tierd.
