The G Hotels Istanbul

It was a very beautiful experience, the staffs are very friendly and helpful most especially Neda. Some speak fluent English as well. The Metro is also at the hotel so you can literally catch a train easily. Neda was very helpful 👌 would definitely come back to G Hotel for sure.. Worth every penny

A Stellar Experience at the G-Hotel in Istanbul

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the G-Hotel in Istanbul, and while the hotel itself boasts excellent amenities, my experience was truly elevated by the exceptional service of Neda, the front desk clerk. She is, without a doubt, the heart and soul of the guest experience here.

From the moment I checked in, Neda went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and safe. Her warm smile and genuine inquiries about my day or night added a personal touch that made me feel valued as a guest. She consistently exceeded her duties, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless and memorable.

The hotel itself is fantastic, with a beautiful pool, two impressive restaurants, and a gym that looked well-equipped (though I didn’t have the chance to try it out). The rooms are immaculate, and the entire staff is friendly and professional. However, Neda’s exceptional service sets this hotel apart. She brings a unique charm and dedication that makes you want to return just to experience her hospitality again.

Honestly, if I hear that Neda is no longer part of the G-Hotel team, I’d likely consider staying elsewhere—hopefully wherever she goes! Her work ethic and kindness are rare finds in the hospitality industry. If I ever ventured into the hotel business, Neda would be the first person I’d want on my team.

We had an amazing stay at the G hotel. First I had an issue with my room not being able to receive service and I couldn’t do my work. As soon as I brought this to Neda she was so helpful. She upgraded my room to the G Tower and went as far as to check on me multiple times during my stay. I would recommend the G tower if want to cook yourself and have extra room, also it has an amazing view. Neda definitely takes her job seriously and wants to make sure everyone has a good experience at the hotel. I would strongly recommend the hotel. The other staff members are also very helpful, taxi/uber are always available in this area, and room service does an amazing job every time.

I recently stayed at Istanbul G Hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff and management were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with the metro just a short walk away, making it easy to navigate the city. We came for some treatments, and the area felt safe and pleasant.

If you’re planning a longer stay, the G Tower offers beautiful apartments with fantastic views, complete with a kitchen and a washing machine, making it ideal for extended visits. There’s also a range of amenities nearby, including a great restaurant called G Italy, a Starbucks, a pharmacy, and easy metro access. Istanbul G Hotel truly provides a comfortable, well-equipped base for exploring the city and enjoying a seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel! Facilities are amazing, we loved using the pool and the sauna, everything is so clean. Our rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were lovely and did an amazing job. Our rooms surprised us, it was sooo nice! The whole hotel looks so beautiful, and the majority of the staff are lovely and were very helpful and welcoming, they were quick when we would ask for water, ice room service etc. However, the staff who really are amazing are definitely the chef of the restaurant, he was so lovely and made us feel so relaxed, and Neda!! She is amazing! If we were to come back to Istanbul we would stay here just because of her, she is absolutely lovely, she always has a smile on her face and is the nicest person I have ever met!

The view is lovely at night, and there is a Starbucks and small grocery stores nearby, so the location is very convenient, and all the cute cats are a great plus! Thank you for having us and special thank you to Neda for making our stay so lovely we will miss you so much🤍

Traveled here as a companion for someone who was having surgery. Hotel is amazing and the authentic cuisine is outstanding. Staff are ready to help. We always tell a good hotel by it's quality of food. This hotel is great. The facilities again outstanding with cafes, restaurant, spa swimming pool and great hair dressers. I had wash cut style and shave for less than £35. Nothing is to much trouble thank you. Amazing.

Lovely hotel with a great customer service. We felt very welcome by the friendly and kind staff members. High standard breakfast food and service. Restaurant, grocery shop, coffee shop, pharmacy plus cash machine point all around the hotel which is very handy. We loved it and recommend!

The Hotel is really really beautiful, safe and clean. I was surprised about the design and the high standard of this hotel. But most I liked the breakfast, everyday is fresh and full with different kind of cheese, warm foods, soups, the coffee is really good. I stayed 1 week and it was like a retreat. The fitness area is really modern I never saw this luxury equipment in Europe. The swimming pool and the sauna is crazy clean and always almost empty it feels like you have a private space. I would love to come again thank you for everything.

Very comfortable City Hotel with all amenities you need. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are super modern and clean. There are two pools and a great gym and massage area. They serve proper Turkish breakfast. Communication is no problem at all no matter which language. I can recommend if you’re looking for a hassle free and clean hotel with good standards. There’s a subway station opening up right outside the hotel.
