The hotel is very reasonable about price when u compare to other hotels staff was really really good

It was a nice days i spend it at G hotel with wonderful view and I would like to say thank you ARAS, he is the best reception employee .

It was a very beautiful experience, the staffs are very friendly and helpful most especially Neda. Some speak fluent English as well. The Metro is also at the hotel so you can literally catch a train easily. Neda was very helpful 👌 would definitely come back to G Hotel for sure.. Worth every penny

I Loveedddd this hotel! Yes, it’s on the other side of the city but it’s worth it. The brekkie was clean and filling, the room and bed warm, and they went out of their way to provide excellent service. Shout out to Nada for the personal touch. One thing to note - the room cards stop working everyday, so it is best to check with the front desk and get new room cards.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (Istanbul). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the G-Hotel in Istanbul, and while the hotel itself boasts excellent amenities, my experience was truly elevated by the exceptional service of Neda, the front desk clerk. She is, without a doubt, the heart and soul of the guest experience here.

From the moment I checked in, Neda went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and safe. Her warm smile and genuine inquiries about my day or night added a personal touch that made me feel valued as a guest. She consistently exceeded her duties, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless and memorable.

The hotel itself is fantastic, with a beautiful pool, two impressive restaurants, and a gym that looked well-equipped (though I didn’t have the chance to try it out). The rooms are immaculate, and the entire staff is friendly and professional. However, Neda’s exceptional service sets this hotel apart. She brings a unique charm and dedication that makes you want to return just to experience her hospitality again.

Honestly, if I hear that Neda is no longer part of the G-Hotel team, I’d likely consider staying elsewhere—hopefully wherever she goes! Her work ethic and kindness are rare finds in the hospitality industry. If I ever ventured into the hotel business, Neda would be the first person I’d want on my team.

Everything is good at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Neda who had been most helpful. Very conveniently located next to the metro too. Only drawback is that lack of food choices in that area especially for breakfast.

Very friendly front desk service, they are very warm and make people feel friendly! The impressive lady Neda helped me a lot, all in all a great experience!
