The hotel location is excellent and rooms are fine, the team are not friendly enough and many of them not speaking except Turkish specially the restaurant and room service.
The breakfast is bellow average and lakes the variety and the cooked food quality is not on the expected level of a 5 starts hotel

The location is really nice.
The room is really clean, they will clean the room everyday. It'll even better if they give up some more amemities and nicer shampoo and conditioner.
The breakfast has a lot of choices and the people in the hotel is really nice.
I was satisfied with this hotel.

Don’t forget valuable things inside the room! Wallet went missing from our room, spent half day to report it to police, to avoid that just be careful, we weren’t. We were a group of 5 and the other two rooms had no problems they were more cautious.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The highlight of my stay was definitely the suite – it was spacious and had a large balcony with a privileged view of a beautiful mosque, which made the experience truly special.

I also had the chance to try the hotel restaurant for dinner, and the food was very good. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a great view.

I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of the reception staff. My wife, child, and I booked and prepaid for a Family Suite with multiple beds and a Pool View. Instead, we were assigned a room with only a king-size bed and no small bed for our child. The room description on their official website clearly shows a small bed, and this was also confirmed in my booking confirmation, as shown in the attached screenshot. After complaining, the reception offered to provide a foldable bed— okay, we got it, but it wasn't what we wanted when searching for a hotel.

Later, when showering in the evening, we noticed only two towels for three people. I contacted reception, and they initially sent two bathrobes. Using a translation app, I requested an additional towel, and after a few minutes, they delivered three towels. Overall, the service was poor.

To summarize:
1. The hotel provided a room meant for a couple, not a family.
2. The room lacked the second bed as advertised, only having one.
3. There were only two sets of towels for three guests.
4. There were stains in the bathroom as visible in one of the photos.
5. The swimming pool was out of order.

It feels like we were downgraded because we arrived late and only stayed overnight. My assumption is that the reception gave our original room to someone else. Instead, we received a room the same/similar in size but intended for a couple. Maybe I'm wrong, that’s the impression I have.

This hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating; at best, it is a 3-star. I usually stay alone in this area when traveling, and last year, I stayed at a 3-star hotel on the same street that offered better service.
