The staff is quite welcome and helpful, considering it's Turkey. Room was clean, service was done every time I asked. The breakfast wasn't much, I expected tipical local food but it was classical however it was fresh. Pretty garden. It has pool and sauna, steam room... Which was under constraction but it's understandable as it wasn't peak season. I'm sure I would have enjoyed it. Over all nice 3 star hotel in an excellent location

Worst 4-star hotel I have ever been to. Poor wi-fi, outworn furniture, not clean at all, staff does not speak proper English at all, breakfast was good tho. Reception would not pay attention to your problems.

It's not that bad, a 3 star hotel and not 4. Room service is good, rooms are clean but old furniture, bathroom needs some fixings and the elevators were small and slow. Wifi is so bad! The rooms are small but I think it's the same everywhere in this area. The location is good it's so close to the metro station and a few minutes away from the tram stop but sometimes it gets annoying at night when you want to go to bed as it's so noisy outside!

Only advantage is its location, but everything else is preety bad. Furniture is out of date, from the fridge came horrible smell, bathroom tub had a broken glass. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was under construction in 2019, and it was very noisy and elevator was dusty from workers and junk that they transported.

Not bad .. its a 3 stars hotel .. many of tourists came to this hotel because it's give a good prices for the groups..

This is a nice 3 star hotel in a historic place in Fatih. It's 3 minutes walk from the big textile wholesale area called "Aksaray Laleli"

Their price is very reasonable and the rooms are clean. Even though wifi speed is as slow as many other hotels in Istanbul, the hotel staff are friendly.

It has a small open air swimming pool at the back but it's not always open for service.

Şehzadebaşı Mosque is in front of it. There are lots of cheap restaurants in proximity and the breakfast service they offer is fantastic. Assansors are small and slow though.

If you are on a budget and are looking for a nice quality hotel for cheap, you will probably like this hotel.

The rooms are okay. It is clean. Near a beautiful mosque and some local restaurants outside are good. The wifi didn't work very well. Price/location/quality ratio was good.
