Great place to stay when you come to Istanbul! Kind and extremely helpful stuff always approaching with a smile on their face. Room very clean + we had cleaning service everyday. Typical turkish breakfast with a wide range of choices including live cooking. You can get to the centre within 20-30 minutes with a tram or a bus that is near the hotel. Highly recommended!

I am currently staying at this hotel and it is FIRST CLASS. The staff and rooms are top notch. What I like most about this hotel is the food! The breakfast buffet is one of the best that I have been to ever and I've traveled the world. Everything is fresh the variety ( from omlets, to fruit, to cereal, to salad, hot food cold food) is fresh well prepared and the staff is all smiling and egear to help. The head chef here is really going above and beyond for a hotel restaurant. This hotel is a must if you are staying in Istanbul (merter). I am a chef and I'm through impressed! Bon Appétit

The hotel is far from the main attractions but it’s near the tramway station, we stayed for 10 nights and it was amazing, comfortable, quiet 🤫 which is very important to me, you can get a nap 😴 whenever you like because you won’t hear anything from the outside, the breakfast is great they have variety of food, the hotel is very clean and neat.

5 star hotel providing all the services you need and more. The breakfast was always dleicious but the best part of this holiday was the customer service. Amazing customer displayed by all staff members. Thank you for treating us like royalty.
The ONLY issue was the location, so i had to check out early. I seriously hope Ibis re-evaluates the location to move it closer to the touristic areas.

The hotel is in a quiet location close to the Mohamed Akef train station. There are highly experienced staff to welcome guests, excellent rooms, and there is also a restaurant. In general, there is a language gap it’s difficult to meet people speak multiple languages. But wherever you visit they have professional translators like clinics. So nothing to worry about…

Great Hotel if you are looking for clean and comfortable, but affordable place to stay, and don’t mind being a bit further away from the main attractions in the city center.

The room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Water and instant coffee and tea were provided by the room service daily.

The breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Even as vegetarians we were more than satisfied with all the options that were offered and couldn’t even try everything during our stay. The room service and restaurant food were also of great quality. We tried several things and they were all delicious and affordable.

The staff made this stay even more enjoyable. Everybody was so kind, all the receptionists we met were polite and could help with every request.
Especially Erkan and Muhamed stood out to us for doing an excellent job and being beyond polite and helpful.

The only thing I did not love was the location. The area the hotel is located in was not pedestrian friendly at all and there was really not much to do, unless you like shopping. We also did not find great places to eat there. You can reach the city center by taking a bus (3min walk to the station), a tram (6min walk) which takes ~35 minutes to get to the main tourist attractions, or a 7-10min taxi ride (3-4€) to the metro station and then take the metro, which we found to be the fastet and most comfortable way to get places.

Alessa is so sweet she made the best Starbucks chai latte and helped me with my bags! The morning front of house reception team were really helpful. The Asian lady and the young man fixed all my problems and upgraded my internet. However the brunette Turkish lady was rude and the senior manager in blue shirt needs to smile more.

Located very conveniently in textile hub of the city. I would say, this hotel has got best location when you are in Istanbul for business.

Rooms are good, price is good and staff is very kind and helpful.

Many food places in vicinity and very good for shopping 🛍 😋
