We had a room with a bath on the terrace and view on the Galata. Everything was great, nothing to complain 

Rooms are clean and convenient, service is great. Wifi is fast, so you can work easily.

The location is amazing! Walking around the area is safe and you can find restaurants, cafes and shops .. the hotel building was a soap factory 200 years ago and the interior is nice but they need to work on the cleaning . We got a gift bag when we left , that was a sweet gesture ..

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the T1 tram station (you can go to the European Old Town and the New Palace), and close to the Modern Art Museum. The rooms are irregular due to the renovation of the old building. The tower view terrace room is especially not recommended (the small terrace is shaded and you can't see the strait). In fact, the king-size bed room is more cost-effective than this room type. But the hotel breakfast is good, and the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor overlooking the strait. The hotel front desk and room service are very good. There is a white dog at the front door of the hotel. It looks a bit old, but the hotel provides it with a place to stay (its name is ADA, and sometimes it goes to the door of the Novotel next door to lie down). The whole Istanbul is very friendly to dogs and cats. It is a touching city!

The room was very clean! There is a small bar right outside the door. It is especially recommended for people who come to Istanbul on their first day. You can consider moving to the old town later. The hotel is 200m away from the cross-sea bridge. You can experience the sudden enlightenment by walking. Souvenirs were given on Women's Day. You can also walk to Independence Avenue!

Facilities: The leather of the bedside bag in this hotel is very sharp and hard. I bumped into it when I checked in on the first day, and my knee was injured and bleeding. Then the light in the closet was always on and would not go out by itself.

Service: The service was very timely. After I told them about the problem with the light the next day, it was fixed. They also gave me sleeping gummies, which was good.

this was such an amazing stay!! we had amazing service, the second you ask something, they come running to help! they were simply amazing, everyone is so kind and friendly and helped us finding cool places to stay and fun things to do around the area, especially the included breakfast two of the workers Ezel and Dilek were INCREDIBLE the first day my parents ordered Cappuccino and tea and the next morning before we even sat down there was cappuccino and tea waiting for them, we were blessed with there amazing hospitality and funny stories and kind efforts to make us feel comfortable! LOVE THIS HOTEL! and would recommend to anyone

A very beautiful and strategically located hotel. Absolutely stunning view from breakfast place and staffs were lovely. Shoutout to Dilek, Ezel and Cihan for being exceptionally welcoming and friendly, to our family and our 2 year old 😊 looking forward to stay here again!

Very good location, walking distance (if you like to walk) to major attractions, or short tram rides. Staff is very attentive, hotel is very nicely appointed, our room was nice. We would stay here again.
We hired a guide, Resul, who spent the day with us, and provided an informative and candid experience. Resul was excellent, great with the whole family, patient and always ready to answer questions, and very knowledgeable on Turkish history, past to present, I would highly recommend him!
