Hi,
This is to inform everyone that this hotel does not deserve being a four stars hotel by any measure. I am here strongly complaining about the rude staff at the reception desk.
Two incidents:
1- We asked for replenishment of shower towels as we used them and the guy at the reception refused and stated clearly “We put towels at the bathrooms once a day and that’s it”
2- The previous day I had an injury in my knee and needed some ice. The same guy had mentioned that it is not possible as they closed the kitchen!! After a while he asked me in a very rude way to stay at the reception to collect some ice from one guy who went to bring them from the bar !!
He refused even to send them to the room and I had to pick wait and pick them.
On top of the above incidents, I have to inform you that in this hotel there is no irony, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc..
As a conclusion, I don’t recommend this hotel to any one coming to Fatih area as there are plenty of other hotels having good rating and even cheaper!

Our room stunk of smoke. We asked to be moved but were told no. We heard every noise coming from our neighbours screaming kids. Horrible experience. Hotel is a too far out of the action. I don't recommend.

This is the best hotel ever. Best price, clean, excellent customer service, and best location. Close to everything. Don't waste your time looking for another hotel.

It’s a short walk 350 meter from the metro and 50 meter from the tram stops. The location couldn’t be any better. The rooms are modern and amenities are complete. These beds are comfortable and clean. The included breakfast is excellent, the menu change up is great - we stayed for 4 days. The staff ordered the taxi ride to airport, that was very helpful.

We recently stayed at the Kent Hotel as part of our tour to Gallipoli.
On the morning of our departure to Heathrow, it became out transfer to Istanbul Airport had not been organised.
The reception Staff appreciated the seriousness of the situation and made phone calls and as a result we made our flight.

This hotel is very central and situated on quite a steep although trams run frequently, rooms are lovely and clean and the staff are really helpful , good choice at breakfast , I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

This hotel was just okay for me. I didn’t get the 4-star feeling like most I’ve stayed at in Turkey. The location is fantastic though. The staff is very nice too.

Rooms is clean but very small
Breakfast below average with stale bread and limited selection
Constant noise around the hotel as construction work is ongoing, also throughout the night!

The hotel is good, clean, quiet and the breakfast is good.
The problem is that some of the receptionists are not polite, they are not helpful and raising their voices on the guest. This is a bad point for a good hotel like this
