Great location, within walking distance of the historic center. Lots of places to eat deliciously nearby. Cool veranda with a panoramic view of the sea. Delicious breakfast

Trip.com mixed something up and first settled us in economy. The room is tiny, with a window facing the building, not the street. The room smelled terribly of sewage and dampness. But after clarifying the situation, we were moved to a wonderful, spacious standard. Therefore, I do not recommend economy in any situation. The hotel itself is clean, stylish, the rooms are cleaned every day. But the main advantage: the restaurant on the roof of the hotel with a view of Sultanahmet. I recommend taking the hotel with breakfast. Delicious coffee and food in general. You can also go up to the panoramic roof and take Turkish outfits for free, arrange a photo shoot. There is also a hammam on the lower floor. But this service is paid. Just come and spend time like in a spa, you will not work. The location is excellent. The tram stop is 5 minutes away, you can go straight to the Dolmabahce Palace, I recommend it. Also 7 minutes to Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet.

A true 4 Stars hotel located close to the main attractions. Excellent breakfast with a great view from the sixth floor terrace. Cleaning staff was very nice and the rooms are spotless.

The view from the terrace is very beautiful and the mosques are wonderful. I liked the food. I hope to repeat it.😍😍😍😍

Rooms bit small but its not that bad
Was always clean .
Location was good 5 mins walk to hagia sofia mosque.
The buffet was okay but for your cereal they mix milk with water and hope you don't notice.
The view for the restaurant just amazing .

The place location is insane, just 5 mins walk to Blue mosque , Hagia Sophia and 2 mins walk to the museum. The place is nice with the great view for breakfast

Very bad hotel I ever stayed. Very rude stuff. Discrimination number 1 ! They hate all tourists. I sayid there from 1 st day they scum me with room reservation and room . They took advantage because I paid full amount and also they give me very small room and with 1 bed. But I reserved tween room for 2 person. Ones e i told them MEMET POLAT is one of the ugliest and rudest receptionist in this hotel said with smashed face that i have to contact to my agincy to change my room and he tried to take more money from me which i already paid full amount. They try to charge 28 euro more per day. Also AC not working. Room was very very dirty. All Requests was ignored with bad manners and rude attitude. I was nearly to die because of AC was very dirty. I got allergies I requested them 5 days but nothing but rude ignorance. Lies, manipulating and discrimination.

Did not stay in hotel but we five women went to the hammam. Four women were thrilled with their hammam treatment, I was totally disappointed with my simple foot massage. Both treatments were 65€
The girls had a dry sauna wet sauna spa, a wash on marble slab, an exfoliation, a salt/coffee scrub, a bubbles massage and a hair wash and shampoo, and a wash off.
Great for 65€
I, on the other hand, didn't even get a foot soak for my 65€!
I lay on my tummy on a massage bed and for 50 minutes the lady massaged the soles of my feet with unscented oil.
I indicated to her that the top (the bridge) of my foot was the part needing attention but there was obviously a language barrier.
"Ten minutes left" she said as I turned over for a brief "massage" of the front of my feet though mainly a painful massage of my legs.
She was so lovely and I hate to write this poor review but to pay the same price as a full body hammam for some oil on my very was outrageous.
Especially as I had gone in with dirty feet and left with dirty feet!!
I spoke to manager who basically responded "well, your friends were happy".
Of course they were!! They got value.
