Had top floor with a balcony with a great view of harbor...not sure all rooms have same great view. But our family room great
In addition to that they promised us about offering us a fan if the A/C doesn’t work again but they haven’t given us anything when it happened.
They also refused to give us back our money so we could go out and find another hotel. Generally! it was loss of time & money and patience too.
I dont recommend it at all 👎🏾
The room we stayed in had Cockroach infestation in the beds, closets, and bathroom. They were also crawling on my child while sleeping. The bathroom was moldy with unbearable smell that we couldn’t use or take a shower. Also, during our stay, the floors of the room and the bathroom were never swept or vacuumed, leaving the dirt untouched. The air conditioner functioned intermittently for unknown reasons in a temperature of 90-100 degrees F.
Despite our repeated complaints to the hotel management, no action was taken to resolve these issues. We had no choice but to leave the hotel and book a different accommodation. We requested a refund for the remaining nights but the hotel manager refused and we ended up loosing $800.
