Room 101 is windowless and is dark
Toilet needs repairs and stop water leaking from the bath area floor znd the leaks from the bottom of the commed.
Front office receptionist are excellent and very prompt in providing any assistance at zny time
The hotel is good in general.
But the area is too noisy during the night
I gave it a 5* rating knowing its a 3.5* hotel because my experience was Excellent. I am scheduled to stay there again.
Letter Hotel is clean and safe. I left a large box and 2 bags with the staff for over a week and when i returned they were not only safe and intact but completely untouched! 👍
Staff are friendly and respond well to requests. Location of the hotel is EXCELLENT! 3 minute walk to Taksim Square, all the trains: metro, marmaray, Airport buses, a sea of restaurants, night life and the Historic Istiklal Street!

Staff are great, before my arrival, i over reacted to an incomplete email reply from Letter Hotel. Thinking i was being charged for a "possible" booking, i reacted. The reply from Letter Hotel was immediate and provided a full and courteous explaination detailing that they were actually trying to make it possible for me to check in early.
Their reply quickly and completely put me at ease. Upon my arrival, staff were friendly and polite.
I recommend Letter hotel to: families, solo travelers, and couples alike.
