Everything was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!!!

Rooms are not bad, but I had problems with check-in and the room I booked was wrongly advertised as sea view.
Also, they gave me a smoking room first and the smell was terrible. They moved me into a non-smoking room that shower was depressing, too much mould. And hair on the bed as shown in picture.
Most of staff was really nice, what made me give a better review than my first impression.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to a bus stop and the ferry and not far from the airport metro. The breakfast was great and the room was massive. My only complaint is that it was next to a school and I'm a light sleeper, but would definitely recommend

It's a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. The room was a bit small, but nice and cosy. Good heating in the room. They have a lovely buffet breakfast which will more than fill you up. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't serve lunch or dinner, so you'll have to make your own arrangements. Which is actually good because there's a street just a 5 mins walk down the road where you can get to eat whatever you want. It is located quite well, with a lot of peace and quiet in the streets, away from the main tourist areas. So you get an experience of the local life. Only thing which was disturbing was the school right next to the hotel, which had some noise in between. The staff is very sweet and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

Super hotel!
Clean rooms, nice breakfast (Hasan makes the best coffee:)), located 5 min from the Ortaköy camii.
The staff is also super friendly. Mustafa fixed EVERY problem we had, thank you for your patience :)
We will definitely come back to this hotel. 👍🏼🫶🏻

Great hotel in lovely area of Istanbul! It's very close to Ortaköy Square where there's tons of restaurants and a ferry boat (which is part of public transport there) and bus stations to get anywhere. The staff are really nice and helpful here too and we did not speak any Turkish and they spoke English to us totally fine. Rooms are really nice with air conditioning you can control with a remote and some have nice views of the bridge and water! Breakfast in the hotels courtyard is really good too.

One of the best hotels I've stayed recently. The service is wonderful, stuff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is very nice. I'll definitely recommend and will stay again next time in Istanbul.

What a view!
The hotel is small but great. Staff are very helpfuland friendly from junior to most senior staff. Breakfast is very fresh delicious home-made meal.
Make sure you book bosphorus view room or suite, cuz you'll never regret.
They have a small side garden, perfect for a relaxing tea (çay).
Would definitely go there again.
