Maravilloso Hotels Vintage

I was very impressed with the hospitality and the above and beyond service of the Maravilloso Hotel Pera. It’s a small boutique hotel with tremendous value. Bahar’s communication (manager) in WhatsApp was excellent! I didn’t have to look for anyone or ask her for anything because she was always on top of everything. One day before my trip to Istanbul she checked in with me in WhatsApp.The usual experience with hotels, if you need something, you contact the hotel first. But it’s not the case here. Bahar first asked me if I needed an airport transfer which I really needed it because my arrival to Istanbul was at night. It’s a paid service but she saved me some money by offering this transfer. And I didn’t have to jump in a first taxi paying a lot more because it was at night. Another huge plus was that I didn’t need to explain the driver where I needed to go because usually in Turkey taxi drivers don’t speak English well. In my case, the driver Elias who is Bahar’s family member was very professional and his car was very clean. I also liked that he was wearing a white shirt with a name displayed so you feel very safe and comfortable especially during the night transfer. When I woke up, Bahar already sent me 8 messages in WhatsApp with breakfast, lunch and dinner information in the area. I was suppose to be staying in the small room in the basement but she upgraded me to a huge deluxe king size bed room at no charge! The room was very clean with fresh white towels. The bed, the bedding and the pillows were amazing. Hot water, soap, shampoo, extra towels, and complimentary water bottles were already in the room. I usually get this kind of service in a 5 star hotel room paying at least $500 a night.The value staying at this accommodation is tremendous! Their wi-fi is fast and very reliable. Central location, many restaurants around. The metro station is 3 min walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this very nice boutique hotel for their hospitality.

You dont see the staff but they provide whatever you need and even beyond

It is an apartment sold as a hotel but without a lobby, without being a hotel. Three floors per staircase. Now, the location is very good, close to the scene, restaurants and the heart of Istanbul. How department is missing the eating part. Very friendly host

First of all, the room was very clean. New towels and slippers were placed. The toilet and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was like a tiny house. We would like to thank Ms. Bahar who welcomed us for her friendliness. This will be our first choice next time :))

The room was a little small, but it had a big terrace and the stairs to the room were narrow and tiring. The lighting in the room was very bright. a night light style lighting could be used or it would be nice if we could adjust the lamps as we wish. The amenities in the room were fine and the room was very clean. If you want to stay in Karaköy, it is a place you can choose. The employees were very smiling and interested.
