It is my first time in Istanbul and staying at the Marble was amazing! Clean and spacious room. Great bed and very confortable. Great service and amazing concierge. It is well located in Taksim. In addition, the breakfast is delicious. I really enjoyed they stay there. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service, Eren Avcu and his staff were very accommodating, helped with any query we had and they always had a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend and come back.

If you stay hotels near of Taksim square, this hotel is incredible place ,because the room was absolutely clean with good furnitures and convenience bed.In addition ,the staffs were polite and friendly. Another things the breakfast was acceptable. On the other hand, this accommodation is located the crowded street and noisy. By the way, I was satisfied to choose this hotel.

Hello i hope the management read my comment,,yesterday March 7 I left the hotel at 3 in the morning I was in rush to leave to the airport so I forgot my hand bag in my room then the driver call the hotel and after 10 min we comeback to pick it up and unfortunately was all my money missed 600 american dollars I call for manager the guy was in charge said he is the manager and refused to call the police I tried to call myself but my phone didn't work cause my phone not local and I didn't want to miss my flight!!!!! Please if you read my message I hope you do your investigation and catch the thief to don't let that happens with others thank you

I would give it zero if I could. It's a very expensive hotel and you pay too much for old, dirty and small rooms. Not be back at all.

For the price, this hotel is not that bad. great breakfast with seascape, good lobby, clean rooms and excellent location are the advantages; however facilities are not good enough...

The hotel is very old. It does not deserve 4*; it deserves 2 * maximum. However, the bed is old fashion, it contains the bow thruster and it is inclined is some place so I am forced to change my bed to the second one. Between the two bed there is a non-removable wood old fashion radio. I always heard the elevator working. The breakfast is not good specially the tea, it has a bitter taste so I am forced to open a Lipton tea. Nescafe exist at extra charge. The place is very good. The price of massage is very efficacy and cheap which is very good. All employees are gentle. Hygiene is good also. They make the room every day, they change the towels every day. The WC is clean but it contains stains because it is old.
