**Terrible Experience - Do NOT Stay Here! Fleas Infestation and Scam Alert!**
I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel and I can confidently say it was the worst hotel experience of my life. This place is a nightmare, and I urge everyone to avoid it at all costs.
**Fleas Infestation:**
Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed the room was not cleaned properly. The room was infested with fleas! I couldn’t sleep and I had to wake my kids up to leave the hotel in the mid night. It was disgusting and unacceptable. The management didn't seem to care about the health and safety of their guests. Despite multiple complaints, they did nothing to address the issue. If you value your health and well-being, do not book a room at this hotel.
**Scam Alert:**
On top of the appalling hygiene standards, this hotel is also running a scam operation. I tried to change my booking due to the flea issue, but the hotel made it impossible. They refused to accommodate my request and charged me exorbitant fees to cancel my reservation. The hotel management is only interested in squeezing money out of their guests, with no regard for their satisfaction or safety.

The management is utterly unprofessional and rude. When I approached them with my concerns, first, it is hard to find someone who can speak English, and second they respond very late. They even tried to accuse me of bringing the fleas into the room! This level of incompetence and dishonesty is truly shocking.
**Final Warning:**
This hotel is a health hazard and a scam. The management does not care about their guests and will do everything possible to exploit you. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else. There are plenty of better options available. I hope this review helps others avoid the nightmare I experienced.

personnel behavior: 5/5 very good. They were kind and friendly.
room condition: 5/5 very good. Every thing was clean, modern, neat
location :4/5 location is a bit poor, steep slope street , not proper for kids and old people to walk around the hotel.
breakfast: 4/5 food diversity was not ideal, however they tried their best.

Worst experience EVER. Stay away. Whoever wrote the 5 srars is bribed. The hotel staff is totally ignorant, drinking Jack Daniels reception on duty on Sunday Morning. Hotel is advertised with Spa - there is No Spa and nothing works. To top it off - most hotel rooms have NO Window ?!?!? 21 century. If you want a window - they call it delux and ask for double price. RUDE STAFF, NO ENGLISH, STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.

Location is OK but to take metro need to go up in the road and very stip also to go to all the stores needed to climb stairs very high,
Service is OK Although not fantastic, try to. Give worse room than i should get after 30 minutes the reception say sorry and give me the room i pay for, room is clean with hot tub, and big balcony, was great

The hotel became much more comfortable and beautiful only thanks to the wonderful staff, I stayed there for almost 2 months. I want to thank all the employees. Housekeeping, front desk and other services, kitchen and staff are friendly, polite and helpful in all matters including car service. It was no different from my own home. I would also like to thank Ms. Selda and Mr. Mustafa. Safe and beautiful accommodation with peace of mind.

AC not working in the night sooo hot when ask them to fix it, they say open the window !! In September still the weather not cold. Stay without AC & open the window for Street noise and bad smell. Maybe because we are not Turkish 🤔.

Helpful front desk. We were given another room due to a very noisy neighbor, breakfast could be better, I was expecting one of a fresh fruit selection. Staff was friendly and respectful. Location could be better but definitely not bad. Would recommend.
