the reception agent is rude, the rooms cleaned every day but a job poorly done,
Very slow elevator,
the breakfast is not varied no fruits or cake it's very basic.
the spa side the swimming pool is always cold Hammam and sauna side not hot. enough to conclude it's not a good hotel very basic and does not deserve the 4 stars, I hope it will improve since its location is ideal !!
The shower did not work in the bathroom and there were no cleaning products. They forced us to vacate the room as early as 8.30 in the morning, although the check-out time is written on the board at the reception 11.00. Also, the staff didn't even speak English, we only got answers in Turkish. Breakfast was motel level. I wouldn't recommend it.
