Mest Hotel Istanbul Sirkeci

I was extremely disappointed with the service and lack of human understanding.
When I first arrived to the hotel, I realised that the room I had booked and paid for (with view of mosque) was not the room that they allocated me. After calling and expressing my upset, they agreed to move me the next day!
The rooms are very expensive for the standard they are, bed sheets are cheap, and hardly even cover the bed, mould in bathrooms, and cracks on wooden floor.
On my second night staying, I got to what I believe to be food poisoning, this could have been from the hotel, or it could have been from a restaurant near by, but unfortunately this ruined the rest of my time here. Although the hotel seemed to be understanding at first, when I asked for a later check out or able to stay longer as was constantly vomiting, light headed and fever were terrible, and was too weak to leave the bed. They denied this to me, which I understood as they were “fully booked” I then plucked up some energy and began to gather my belongings. They called me 3 times, in an aggressive manner, asking when I was checking out (check out time 12) after being sick again, they called me at 12:02 12:07 and 12:09, I kept explaining I was still being sick and they did not care. I have never stayed in a hotel with such little regard for their guests.

I cannot wait for their sarcastic and aggressive response, as seen whenever they get a bad review.
