Room was very small otherwise ok

Very accommodating, the staff is super professional and they catered to our every need. Honestly this was a 5 star experience!

A very average hotel, breakfast options are very limited and local cuisine orientated, if you want an omelette or orange juice both are extra, the coffee was like water. The housekeeper was a good lady who done her job very professionally.

The facilities are okay, not close to the subway station and bus station. Service is ok. The problem I encountered during my stay was that there was no hot water in the wash basin. This was not important, but it had very little cold water, making it inconvenient to wash hands. No gym or swimming pool

Clean tidy and quiet. Next to dental and hair clinic. Plentyu of restaurants within minutes walking. 15 minutes walk to water front and boat crossings.

The hotel is in a great location and seems to be used primarily by people traveling for beauty/aesthetic surgery, as all the renowned clinics are nearby. Msn therefore feels at home among like-minded people ☺️ The staff is super friendly and competent. The rooms are clean and simple. There are no slippers, so bring your own. The breakfast buffet is completely adequate.

It was a great hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped with everything. The location is very good, the hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is varied and good. Thank you very much, if we have to go to the European side again, this will be our first choice 😇

This is not even close to a 4 star hotel, maybe a bad 2 star. Staff are rude and useless. Room was so unbearably hot and they told us that the whole hotel was the same temperature and cannot be adjusted, ridiculous. Breakfast was a joke, rooms not clean, and entire property is old and not well maintained. I had booked and paid for 2 rooms x 3 nights and when i told them we had to check out and leave as it was unbearably hot and we could not sleep, they just said "ok, its non refundable". Lesson learned I guess. We moved hotels and had a great stay, amazing food, and loved Istanbul. Stay anywhere else!!!!!

The room is beyond small and the bathroom does not have a proper door, it is only a glass with a handle, almost transparent, so no privacy at all.
The front desk employees can barely speak English and they are also the rude ones when they don’t understand what you tell them. Also, they said they are making us a special price for extending our first night reservation, but the price was actually higher than it was on Booking. Scammers!
The breakfast very boring, not too many options to choose from.
The neighbourhood seems safe, but there is no metro station nearby and even the taxis were arriving with a lot of delay.
