Modern Sultan Hotel

Location is SUPERB - close to all the major attractions. Service is super friendly and accommodating. Especially Leila who prepares our breakfast every morning. Just a very welcoming environment that makes you feel like you’re with family. Cleanliness is top notch. Highly highly recommend

I consider this place my home in Turkey.
The rooms and breakfast are great, but the time spent relaxing on the terrace in front of the entrance is also very nice.

We are staying at the Modern Sultan hotel for nine days. The service is excellent. The employees are very courteous, helpful and friendly. Ebru who works at the front desk is specially very helpful. She planned the tours for us and told us about the important places around the area. She also booked the sunset cruise for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is walking distance from all the attractions.

Room is clean. Change the towel and mat every day. Refill the shower gell every day. I get a room with a view of Ayasofia mosque.

+ Is near to city center, just 5 minutes walk and you are in the best places to visit. They are very welcoming at any time. Ready to listen your requests.

It's a small hotel, the staff is very friendly and it's located a couple of blocks away from the blue mosque and palace. The location is great. If all you really care about is easy access to the landmarks and lots of restaurants.

No elevators and small spiraling staircase and my room was on top floor (5th), staff will move luggage to your room.

Breakfast was included and was good.

Front desk will help book activities.

Room was surprisingly spacious for a family of 4. Air conditioning worked well.

Had a great stay at this small but cosy hotel. Staff were very friendly and helped us book a drive back to the hotel. They also take your luggage to your room. It’s location is perfect as it’s only a short walk to The Hagia Sofia and The Sultan Ahmet mosque. It’s location is also perfect if you prefer to travel by tram as a station is only one or two blocks from the hotel.
Breakfast is included and was served well. We also met the cook who was a very friendly
Room was spacious for a family of 5. The beds were comfy aswell.

I haven't stayed in this hotel (yet). However, I made a reservation for a dear friend. So I am only rating and commenting here based on my booking experience. I should say that I was impressed with the professionalism and meticulousness displayed by Sabri bey, the manager! He paid attention to all the details and, despite the business of the hotel at the time, remembered my request. I am grateful to the team and I look forward to staying in this hotel some day.
