Hotel Nena

Perfect location to explore Istanbul. Good service and clean room was provided.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. The hotel is located close to the city center and the tram stop. Most of the city's attractions are within walking distance. Modern, stylish room (we took a superior one so that there was a window in the room). Everything is clean in the room, very cozy and the hotel smells very delicious, I admired the aroma every time! Slippers are provided, cleaning is 5+, the reception quickly checked in and accommodated us, they helped with various issues and even spoke Russian, which was very nice!) Breakfasts at the hotel on the 1st floor, very atmospheric and delicious, enough choice, no one left hungry. Coffee to choose from: from a coffee machine or brewed, Turkish tea, various juices, water, the choice of cheeses is huge - all delicious, lots of pastries and fruits (croissants are awesome). We were in Istanbul for the first time, if we come again - we will definitely stay at Nena and will recommend it to others!

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel Nena. The staff was absolutely very professional. Our room wasn't the biggest but surely very clean and well maintained. Only thing that was missing were some extra hanging hooks on the wall in the bathroom and when entering the room. We will definitely book again next time in Istanbul.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Nena, Istanbul. The location is very central and within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. The service is good and the breakfast is good too. However, my room is a little small but comfortable.

The breakfast is the best thing that I look foward to every morning. The room is nice with balcony. The location is the best just 10 minutes to the Blue Mosque. And the service is excellent. So good. So recommended. Thank you for the hospitallity, it made my trip to Istanbul perfect!

Centrally located which is a plus. They recommended the night cruise which we enjoyed. The rooms are really clean and modern and the front guys were super helpful! The breakfast was underwhelming and we barely enjoyed it.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spotless and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day.

A wonderful hotel to stay in - the staff is amazing and the location from Blue mosque, Aya Sofiya, Hippodrome is very very convenient. The breakfast is great and the rooms are decent. We stayed there for 4 days and the breakfast spread each day had new and different options. You can even ask for an omelet. :-) The staff was really helpful as we have 4 senior citizens with us. Aziz, Gokhan, Mehmet just some of the names that I remember. Infact they did go out of the way to manage the wheelchairs we had ordered and stored them as the rooms definitely did not have the space for them - That does not mean that the rooms very tiny, we just had a lot of luggage. The Room sizes were decent and the bathroom facilities and amenities we also good quality. One has to walk up a short flight of stairs to access the hotel lobby so they have a separate entrance for Wheelchair passengers - a not so friendly one - to me was the only bane point .

The staff are very kind. They have introduced us the sightseeing places in Istanbul. We have encountered problems with the tour and airport delivery booked by other agencies and the hotel staff tried their best helping us to tackle the problems. The manager hasn’t even charged us for using a bottle of mineral water in the minibar.

The hotel was kept in good status with nice decoration. Rooms are clean. Many choices for breakfast. Highly recommended.
