I was so satisfied with the location, cleanliness, breakfast, and the kindness of the staff that I stayed for 4 nights. I will come back here again next time.

The guy at the front desk is handsome and has a good attitude. His English is not very good. The hotel is on the street and it is noisy. The auntie cleans every day. If you don't drink the water, you won't get new water, but you can call him to send it.

The hotel is located in a historic building with a very good location, right next to the Galata Bridge. There is a Bosphorus cruise ship under the bridge, and it is also convenient to walk to the old European city attractions. The balcony of the room can directly see Galata.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is within walking distance to historical places such as Galata Tower, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, and Istiklal Street and Taksim Square. The attention and care of the hotel's reception and housekeeping staff. In a word, it is magnificent. I am grateful to Mehmet abi and the hotel management for organizing a perfect, delicious, and different breakfast every day. I recommend drinking Mehmet abi's Turkish coffee after dinner. If I go to Istanbul again, I will stay at NORDSTONE HOTEL without hesitation!!!

What a find !. You step out literally right on to the Galata bridge, pier, and the tram station.. Probably the best location ever. The room is kept clean, the staff are super-attentive and friendly. Nice view of the Galata tower and the galata bridge overlooing the golden horn from the breakfast area.. Nothing else to ask for than a tiny bit improvement in the breakfast food. But , a total gem in general... Definitely will be staying only here in my future Istanbul visits.

The view outside the window and on the rooftop is beautiful, but it is next to a major traffic road, so it is a bit noisy. Those who are not sensitive to sound can book it. The service level of the hotel staff is not very good. I booked two 1.8-meter double bed rooms. I was the booker, and they gave me a 1.8-meter room and gave my mother and friend a 1.5-meter room. I only found out when I visited them the next day. The hotel shirked responsibility in various ways and questioned why they didn't tell us when we checked in, and didn't mention their own mistakes at work. Fortunately, Ctrip was helpful and helped me refund the price difference. If you book multiple rooms, you must tell the room type with your companions to prevent the hotel from secretly changing the room and delivering the wrong product.

It was very close to the station and very convenient for transportation. However, it faces a main road so there is some car noise. The view from the rooftop of the hotel was beautiful.

The location is very good, right next to the Galata Bridge, and very close to the bus, subway station, light rail station and subway station, all a few hundred meters away. The view from the rooftop is very good, and the front desk is enthusiastic and will help with luggage.

The only good thing is the location. The rooms are very loud from the traffic but also the walls are not insulated so you can easily hear the next room. The steam and hamam rooms did not work although paid for (they did not offer a refund nothing). The bathrooms are rather giving Hostel quality. The breakfast only has nescafe coffee which tastes terrible and bitter. This was a disappointment. The covers for the blankets are not even closing, the used blankets are touching your skin etc. Sorry but if you only want private room for hostel quality you should go here.

I like it very much, it can be said to be a five-star praise! ! Because I arrived too late, my phone fell on the taxi. The two receptionists at the hotel at night and during the day were handsome and gentle. They were always helping to solve problems. They checked the surveillance cameras at night and provided emotional value at the same time. It was very heartwarming! !
The hotel is in an excellent location. Walking across the Galata Bridge is the old city. From the top floor of the hotel, the view of the old city is also very good~ The only disadvantage may be that it is a bit noisy. If you have a light sleep, I don’t recommend it~
