First of all we would thank receptionists who helped us so many times
Secondly we took so nice room on the fifth floor which was spacious and had a fine balcony

At the very first, we had a few problems with a room bathroom but the staff quickly solved our problem and upgraded us to the best room available. The suits are lovely, yet in need of slight renovation. But the staff and especially Mr. Gokay Isik made our stay the best possible. Thank you for your services!

1. Suit number’s window was broken so we couldn’t close it.
2. Bathroom faucet didn’t work properly (it turns off the water by itself)
3. We were forced to change the room (I.e. spend time on packing/unpacking suitcases) because when we arrived the room that we booked was out of order
4. The other room’s shower was out of order too - water just wouldn’t go away when taking shower, if you spend more than 2 mins in shower, you got real flood in the bathroom.
The street is pretty busy and loud, not very good place to sleep, but it takes only 5 min to get to Karakoy tramway/ship station.
The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, not a problem, but for us it would be easier to eat in hotel before going out.
The guy at the reception was polite and helpful (helped us to organize the transfer to airport).

Old and small rooms, not clean and a bad bathroom! Personal will help us but they can’t doing anything. The rooms need a big renervation

I do not advise anyone to book this hotel, due to the lack of cooperation of the staff nor to help me with my bags, and also the refrigerator does not work. When we contacted the reception, we were told that they would come to fix it on the day we left the hotel, and the location of the hotel is near a traffic light and the inconvenience of trams and cars to At 1 o'clock at night, also, if you forgot an item in the hotel and wanted to contact them to get it, you will not be responded to. The advice of an experienced person is not to live here 29/6

It was super nice in the lobby during breakfast and the outdoor seating was nice for a coffee. Staff was incredibly friendly and there were lots of cats that hang just outside. Only issue was they never explained there was a second room in our suite. Felt safe as a Canadian 👍

Hotel is very nicely and elegantly decorated; both common areas and rooms.
It is conveniently located; close to Galata Tower and within a few minutes of walking from the Spice Bazaar and the Grand Bazaar.
Rooms were clean and seemed quiet for the one night we stayed. They are quite small, but acceptable; regarding space, the only problem is there is no room or space to open or unload the luggage. Ridiculously small closet space with only one hanger; which wasn't a big issue for us because we only strayed for one night.
Bed was comfortable. Wifi was OK.
Staff was polite, but wasn't very helpful; and communication with them is extremely difficult in more than one sense.
I exchanged emails with them to request transportation to and from the airport; and I had to repeat and clarify everything with each email because it seems they disregard the previous ones; even though every email was a reply to the previous ones. Besides time consuming and exhausting, they take forever to reply.
When we got to the hotel, and wanted to pay for the transportation service, they wouldn't let us pay with a credit card; they demanded cash. Even though I told them I didn't have cash, they said that I would have to go to the bank to withdraw some.
Trying to have a conversation was also a challenge. They hardly spoke a word or two of English. Thank God for Google Translate.
