We have seen many hotels over the years, Orientbank in Istanbul has impressed us as one of the best we have visited in this years. We have been welcomed in a perfect way. The service was all the time discreet and friendly. The room clean and the
fantastic breakfast. Not to forget the impressive view form the roof top. Thanks again to the team for 4 beautiful days we stayed in this place.

Beautiful hotel centrally located. Service was great. The hotel is in a old German bank building so it has an unusual layout. But the rooms are emasculate and well done. Luxurious.

Bathrooms are a little cramped but very nicely appointed.

We had an incredible stay here on our honeymoon. In addition to the convenient location and incredible rooms, the staff went way above and beyond at every possible opportunity. Bati & Serhat really stood out in terms of helpfulness, attitude and genuine kindness. The rooftop terrace was a lovely way to spend each evening with an amazing view of the city. We’d strongly recommend the Orient Bank for anyone visiting Istanbul.

I am in love with this hotel. Location - amazing. Shops and restaurants steps away. Sights within walking distance. Staff are top notch. Mahmoud recommended me to get a Turkish bath and it was fantastic!! Rooms are small as is normal in Europe but stunningly appointed. 10/10!

This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in around the world. Staff was top notch professional and contacted us before we arrived to let us know the traffic rules changed in the area and it is closed to non-authorized vehicles between 10:00 and 19:00. (No problem for us) We tried the restaurant for breakfast which was delicious. While the hotel does have an elevator, there are steps to get into the hotel itself. I'm not sure there is a handicapped entrance for those that need it. I would return to this hotel again the next time I am in Istanbul.

If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in Istanbul, look no further. I brought my parents on vacation with me to Turkey and I wanted to book them a hotel that would impress with service and venue. The OrientBank Hotel went above and beyond in every category. The greeting at the reception was very personal and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are always happy. They are willing to help with any travel plans and will set up tours and reservations. My parents were just blown away by the experience and they dream of going back to Istanbul. If any friend plans a trip to Istanbul, I will always recommend this hotel. It is in close proximity to all the major attractions like the Haga Sophia and the Blue Mosque. There are many dining options nearby so you are never far from anything you might need while on vacation. I’m glad I choose this place for my vacation.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This hotel was amazing and the staffs were all so kind, friendly, thoughtful and professional. They tried everything in their power to make our stay amazing. The room was spotless, bed was super comfortable, breakfast was yummy, the location is unbeatable and the staffs are all amazing. Most hotels would do well to practice the standards of hospitality, communication, consideration and guest care which Orientbank Hotel in Istanbul practices and showed for us, a regular tourist who stayed there for two non consecutive nights in March 2024. There was nothing in our stay, arrival or departure that they did not help us with - whether finding a taxi service from the airport, having food ready for us when we checked in past midnight or helping us with our luggage. There was never an issue with our stay in room quality or service even though we had arranged everything through email or Whats App from half a world away. The rooms in this converted bank are clean and well maintained - everything worked. Electricity converters are available for asking at the front desk and umbrellas for the times it rains are plentiful. The desk staff and the management went out of their way to ensure that we and other guests were comfortable and well taken care off. For the weary and rushed tourist it was a blessing. Pricing was reasonable and the location of the hotel, near (10-15 minutes) the tourist sites and 2 minutes from the Spice Bazzar was truly convenient. Bottom line: I will stay here again without hesitation and I will tell my friends to stay here. What a gem of a hotel!

The rooms were beautiful, the beds comfortable, the location was excellent and very central, and the breakfast is something I've been talking about for two days now. Absolutely delicious, I recommend the Turkish Breakfast with Eggs Royale.

Incredible stay at the Orientbank Hotel Istanbul!
We have rarely seen such a pleasant and attentive staff. Whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, everyone was so helpful!
In addition, the hotel is beautiful and intimate. You will be in a bubble of calm and serenity in the middle of this historical district of Istanbul. The decoration is neat and has kept the historical side of the building. The rooms are well furnished. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking!
Finally, special mention to the meals in the restaurant. Whether it's breakfast, main courses or dessert, everything was absolutely delicious, very well seasoned. The menu is well thought out. Bravo to the chef!
