Murat and boran where is extremely helpful at the auto Perla Hotel they are excellent in English language and they help with me with beauty center services and even service services outside the hotel. They let me know that there is a free face massage and the face care session for woman, and they were always available at the front desk with a bright smile thank you for making my stay super nice!

The breakfast was just okay—nothing special. The boiled eggs seemed old, and there was no bread available. The selection was very limited.For lunch and dinner, there was only one fixed dish, which made it feel repetitive and lacking variety. Overall, the dining options were quite disappointing.

Stayed for a week, view was decent, room was kept clean, exceptional housekeeping service, food was decent and the food presentation was beautiful (please take the white colored soup off the menu), and all of the incredibly handsome gentlemen were very helpful with luggage and necessities. Can't wait to tell my girlfriends about this place.

I recently stayed at Ottoperla and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The room was cramped and uncomfortable, far from what I expected. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, making my stay unpleasant. I had booked a sea-view room, but the view was nonexistent, which felt misleading. Additionally, the breakfast was not tasty bland and lacking variety. The room isolation is very poor, you can clearly hear when your neighbor uses their bathroom, which was quite disturbing. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

The room is ok no view ,but you can smell smoke, hotel lobby not friendly told me to open the sliding door but also.people from the terrace and outside the lobby also smoking, also told me I can spray the room, I am allergic to any kind of spray. the breakfast is terrible, always same with nasty looking scramble eggs, most food cook with tomato sauce, and they only have few dishes, one is always the boil eggs, one of the dish they just use the bread and fried it with eggs and tomato sauce. All the dishes like the cheeses and yogurt looks nasty like from yesterday. And I asked to make me a fried egg, said out of eggs and one thing they have banana the lady from inside kitchen saw me getting one and she said I cannot take it for display only but I saw people getting it. How can you treat a guest like she did. Basically they only serve bread, the hotels next to them breakfast are real good. And they are cheaper. I stay here few times.

Everything is perfect and could be better if the team started to smile. Great place if you are looking for a halal restaurant (praying room, no alcohol, halal food). Near to Fiskehane and opposite to the sea

Can’t wait to return! Micro rooms with all creature comforts. Clean rooms and restaurant. Very friendly staff at front desk, the cleaning staff was on top of it and room service was fantastic! Polite and helpful.

I stayed here through a clinic I had surgery with. Was here for one week.
Everyone has been very accommodating to me while I’ve been here. I’ve booked a Bosphorus tour through the front desk, ordered room service everyday, asked for extra toiletries, paid for their laundry service, and got my room cleaned daily by Aynur. She is SO sweet and went above and beyond everyday cleaning my room and she had such a wonderful attitude. I wasn’t feeling well and recovering but she worked around me and told me let her know whatever I need. And she would ask how I am feeling. Loved that so much! Thank you for your hospitality I really appreciate it at a time like this! :)
