Parmada Hotel Old City

Very bad customer service employees are very very rude and disrespectful.

I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS HOTEL

Rooms too small
No out side view
Not much clean

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The rooms were very dirty and there is dust everywhere and the toilet no words can describe how disgusting it was. They pretend to clean every day but they only make up the bed and nothing else. The staff were rude, very ugly and strange some of them laugh at you and talk with each other about you as a customer. They have no respect when you talk to them. The breakfast was a disaster and you can't taste it at all, and there was no hygiene ever. They save the same food for the next day and the fruit was not fresh. Also, the location is not good at all, there are always cars and noise outside. There are nicer than this disgusting hotel.

STAY AWAY — Poor customer treatment PLUS they steal from you claiming your pre paid reservation is non existant, asking you to pay AGAIN

Omg… worst experience ever.
Nasty rooms. Disrespectful staff. A total nightmare

Stop trying to rip off your customers… trust me, it is not worth it for €100
