Hotel Pera Capitol

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. I was violently awakened at 2:30 AM by staff banging on my door and yelling for me to check out. This was not just disruptive; it was terrifying. I felt unsafe and completely disrespected as a guest. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by the staff was appalling. Instead of providing a welcoming environment, they created a situation that was both stressful and humiliating. I’ve never experienced such a lack of basic hospitality in my life. I genuinely hope this hotel goes bankrupt. They clearly don’t care about their guests, and it shows. The staff should face the consequences of their actions, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

Very small room. Bad service and poor breakfast.

The hotel is well located. However, our room was dirty and dilapidated. The bed linen was not clean when we arrived, the room was not cleaned for 4/5 days (trash bins not emptied, towels not changed), the TV did not work. No microwave in the hotel, if you have a baby go your way. Breakfast is very poor. Disappointed !

Room wasn't clean. They did NOT clean the sheets. We got the sheets from the guests who left before us, unacceptable!! The cleaning ladies are very lazy, they hardly clean. I am not sure if the men who work below on the desk are aware about that. When i went to complain he didn't believe me, till i showed him. They do have some oke rooms, but some are really outdated. The beds are extremely hard to sleep on as well.

There was so much noise from the room next to us, the tv was on loud literally non stop. We became suspicious about the guest in that room, he/she would never leave?

Don't put any groceries in your frigde, because they turn off the electricity once you leave your room. They do so to lower costs because guests leave their airco on. I do understand that part, but why you offer a room frigde then? The remotecontrol didn't have any batteries. You have to ask for toiletpaper daily, they don't fiĺl it automaticly.

The hotel is cheap and in a great spot. Once you leave the hotel you are amongst restaurants and cafés. The Metro is a 5 min max walk. Don't forget that brings noise as well in your hotelroom. Thank God i brought earplugs.

If you're looking for a cheap budget hotel, then go for it. I'd bring my own sheets though.

Worst experience ever. I booked 2 nights from 6th till 8th of September. Although I checked in late almost on 7th of September at 12:30 am, the bed and pillows sheets were not clean, and I requested them to be changed. The toilet paper roll was not new one, almost half of it was used. The second day, the room was not cleaned, and there was no bottle of water, they said they provide bottle of water once, and we had to refill it from the lobby. Also when my friend complained about the wifi, they replied "but no one complained, restart your mobile" The breakfast was very very poor and tastes awful. Budget rooms means smaller one, doesn't mean cleanliness.
