Perfect location close to all the sites and transport access. Steep slope to the mosques. Decor a little old and gloomy but service is excellent. Hosts very helpful and room service very efficient in daily cleaning and topping up towels, toiletries and tea and coffee. Walls not soundproof though. Had a crying baby next door. No lift access so 3rd floor a little flight as breakfast in basement. Breakfast good variety and fresh.

Say no more, this is the best accomodation in the Istanbul, for a budget traveler like me. Visited Turkey for two weeks & total of six hotel/hostel stayed, no doubt for me, this is the best choice i made. Walking distance to Hagia Sophia and also other attractions within the old town. High quality turkey’s traditional cuisine for breakfast, prepared by passionate kitchen team, well done. Highly recommended for those looking to stay within the old town and close to Hagia Sophia.

We booked for fitir eid , the room was very clean the staff was very friendly the check in was easy ..old fashion hotel with antique theme , there is no elevator but the location is perfect near everything...was a very good experience i recommend it

The service is wonderful, the breakfast is great! The room we were in was just fine and spacious enough for us and the bed was comfy. The rooms are clean as are the bathrooms. I'd definitely come back again!

We stayed here for our new year and we were not disappointed. Very hospitable hotel staff. Great location, very close to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Fresh and tasty breakfast buffet.
Complimentary tea coffee service available all day and the only hotel we stayed where water was not paid. Clean and pretty rooms. Highly recommended.

This is a rehabilitated ancient building and it looks very nice. The staff are very nice and helpful. I arrived too early so they offered me free breakfast.
The location couldn't be better if you're there for tourism. Just a five-minute walk from Aya Sophia.

It really doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel as it says, or maybe it just needs some renovations.
The towels and blanket are not exactly in a new condition, the bed's headboard was shaky, and the room and bathroom were too small (although the last one is understandable being an ancient building).
The location couldn't be better if you're there for tourism. Just a five-minute walk from Aya Sophia.

Very nice location, in Istiklal Street near Koton. Beautiful and Calm Place. 3 min walking to Metro station. Very recommended. Best team always with a smile

It was such a unique experience.
The location is great and very close to blue mosque and aya sophia and the front desk crew are very friendly and helpful.
Moreover, I loved that the building is an ancient house and that wooden windows.

I think it is the worst hotel in the entire world. The rooms are very small, they are dull and they make u feel as if you are in prison. The rooms are cells, literally.

Excellent considering price, location, breakfast prospective. Definitely good breakfast in standard point of view.
Old building so is some fixtures, nice renovated bathroom.
Prayer mosque ( Jame ) in premises.
Emran and Mehmet was excellent in taking care of us.
