The rooms are clean, but the staff is very rude. The guy at the reception is angry. They gave us a room with a view of some building. We asked to change it, they asked for $30 a day. Where did such a price come from, the sound is very loud. It feels like you are sleeping at a train station at night. I do not recommend it

The owner was extremely rude I stayed at the lobby floor and when I tried going to my brothers room the guy yelled at me and yelled me to go to my room and just opened the door and without me letting him he was very rude and the bathroom was half broken I tried to flush and it didn't work I can’t even talk outside of my room and he will yell he told me to be quiet when I wasn’t even yelling there was no tea and it was dirty and small DONT COME HERE THE GUY THINKS HE CAN DO ANYTHING WHEN HE WAS THERE I litterly STARTED LOOKING AROUND TO SEE IF HE WAS IN THE LOBBY BEFORE LEAVING MY ROOM TO go to MY BROTHERS Room IT WAS KINDA SCARY

Very nice hotel. The little lift don't feel too much safe thou Everything else was perfect! Loved the decor,very nice and clean. They even let us choose the room,which had a big balcony with sea view,nice and friendly staff. Close to restaurant and Boshpor. Will 100% recommend

The hotel is worth its money. The rooms are not big, but cozy. Room 202. There are some small flaws, but in Istanbul this is in 80% of hotels, they just haven't done the renovation yet. There is Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, a kettle and TV channels, slippers and gel with shampoo. The breakfast is adequate, omelet, nuggets, fries, cheese, sausage, sweets (cookies and something else), cereal, vegetables, eggs, something curd, juice, tea, coffee. It's a 20-minute walk to Topkapi, and also to the Aksaray metro station. There are many cafes nearby, a huge number of all kinds of shops. It's a 15-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar (uphill).

The worst hotel we've ever been to. And we've been to many. Very dirty, that's the first thing, the second thing is that they gave us a room category below the one we were supposed to stay in, there was no way to change the situation, because the hotel owner didn't care! Breakfast was nothing special! Photos of room 103 are attached. We looked into other rooms on the first floor and were similarly horrified.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room is large and clean. Decent breakfast. The location is convenient, there are shops and cafes nearby. It's a 5-7 minute walk to Tram T1 - uphill though) The room is very warm. I've seen many hotels in Istanbul, I can say that this one is definitely worth the money. There are slippers in the room. Interesting lighting near the bed. The bed is comfortable. There is a nice girl at the reception, she speaks Russian.

I stayed for a week and everything was great. All the staff are very nice and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. It is also very near (about 10 - 15 minutes walking) to a lot of touristics spots like the Blue Mosque, Haga Sophia, Topkaki Palace, etc. it is also near to a lot of shops that happen to be cheaper than the ones in the touristics spots.

Light bulbs need to be replaced (not all are lit), breakfast was almost empty, mattresses are bad.
