There are very nasty places in these rooms, and degraded materials begging for replacement. And the AC turned off for a couple of hours at the night and it's noisy. But the service is good and vale is free.

Very wonderful and clean hotel. Most importantly i would like to appreciate Zülbiye (Mama) , she is really wonderful and always checking if your okay and the room is in order ❤️❤️❤️

I recently visited Salone and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The professionalism displayed by the staff was top-notch. They were not only helpful but also showed a genuine interest in ensuring that my needs were met. The environment was welcoming and comfortable, making my entire visit enjoyable. I really love it here, we always stay at Ramada! The rooms are recently renovated, love the room service menu, very fast and quite good. The location is good, lots of places to eat, and you can even walk to the beach, but it will take you some time.

The location isn't next to the old city, but you can still get to the old city easily by taking the metrobus line. The service was pretty good, but many of the staffs don't speak English. If you need something from the housekeeper, it's best if you call the reception instead of leaving a note for the housekeeper.

A great hotel, clean and with many facilities and small touches in the room that make you feel welcome. The room is spacious and with good taste, there is also a big hallway and big bathroom and shower comfortable and suited even for the persons who have walking problems. Very small balcony, but enough to get fresh air. It is situated near a streat but it is a small one and it's very quiet. I would choose this hotel again. Nearby, you have many restaurants and even a convenience store.

This hotel was booked for us by a clinic we were supposed to visit (it's inclusive in their health package). We wouldn't choose this hotel ourselves because its location is so far off from all the highlights of the beautiful city. All the surrounding shops are of cheap value and nothing interesting. The room was small and the mattresses of the 2 twin beds were horrible. They sunk down when you put weight on them and never came up again. Breakfast (included) was laughable - it's worse than fast food. We asked the receptionist where we can get a local SIM card and she told us the hotel sells it. When asked how much it costs, she quoted us €60 for a 20GB card! That was after I have told her that I got conned by the taxi driver from the airport, and she had sympathised with me then. We stayed for 1 night and checked out immediately the following day.

I will talk about my massage and spa experience, and it was very bad. The girl who does the massage is not an expert, but she did everything she could. The administrative staff is not welcoming and the place needs to be cleaned! It's not a massage at all!

The hotel is clean and the interior designs are very good. The finishes are new and the staff are kind and helpful. Only the breakfast is the same every day. It needs to add more options. I recommend going to it again because it is the best compared to others and its price is good.
