Went for aesthetic surgery and as the location has access with public transport. They are used to post operative people. Service considerate, clean rooms, staff helpful, especially: Selin, Beytullah, Reyhan and Selahattin. Will recommend this hotel.

The hotel is generally good! Very clean and comfortable beds. At the reception they welcome you extremely kindly. A while ago I had soup and ordered a chicken wrap. The soup was great, but the wrap - extremely tasteless. I ate two bites. Change the recipe. I regularly eat at different places and have a base of comparison. I waited for him separately for over half an hour. A customer who ordered a burger after me got it before me. Otherwise, the breakfast is perfect! Abundant and delicious.

Most horrible experience ever, hotel rooms are not cleaned properly. And a bad experience this morning where a member of the team was mopping the floors but didn’t put a wet floor sign. I ended up falling pretty bad on the marble floor and potentially injured my leg and elbow. The staff didn’t even have the courtesy to apologise instead ignored that it happened. I have important meetings to attend and I’m currently limping due to the irresponsible behaviour.

Location is perfect for tourists. You can easly access to metro , tram and buses. Workers are very good and polite. Building has bar, restaurant and coffee shop . Also has a Starbucks. It has vale service and parking lot. Rooms are pretty good , has coffee stand and free 2 bottles of water , coffee and tea. We stayed in suite room. It has balcony

The staff was excellent! Front desk, Housekeeping, and Restaurant were the best! All get a 10 in my rating. The hotel is well maintained as well.

I visited your hotel branch in Dubai, and it was a wonderful experience. However, in Turkey, it was the best experience ever, where the beauty of the place and complete comfort stood out. I also received a warm welcome and assistance from the entire hotel staff, especially (Fatima). She was very kind to me and helped me a lot. I hope she reads my review.

It was a great and very nice experience, all the workers there were nice and smiling, I will try there again, it is really worth it. Miss Fatima and John and all of them, I forgot some names, they are all great.
