Cool part of town, coffee and breakfast were outstanding. Also a nice large foyer.

Unfortunately the staff never smile and someone came into our room to fix the leak in the ceiling 5 times whilst we were in the room over a 3 night stretch. The leak was dripping when we used the air conditioning.

Room lightly smelt of cigarettes as well.

Gym was great and we would’ve like to use the pool but you had to wear a swim cap for some reason.

Wouldn’t stay again

I stayed for total 04 nights and must say this property has pathetic service & possibly the most rude staff , at different instances I tried taking support from Mr. Hakan at the reception , but let me share that not only he is least interested to answer your queries but also makes you wait indefinite for even the smallest things in the room like water & body shower , in the end I had to go out and buy tve same from the market.

Would not recommend this property to anyone rather I would suggest to have a look around as there are certainly a lot of amazing properties in the vicinity .

NOT a 4 star hotel.

Stayed with my parents for 3 nights and the room we got had 1 king size bed + one sofa bed which was very small but managed to sleep in.

WI-FI doesn’t work properly in some rooms. For us it only worked in the bathroom area but when sitting on the room’s desk or lying in bed, it disconnected automatically or took forever to send/receive messages.

The day we arrived they didn’t leave towels for us or take out the trash from the last guests, and for the next two days, once we had no cleaning service at all and the other they only took out one of the mugs we used with no further cleaning done and left the window opened (with ac on in the middle of summer).

Breakfast starts at 7.30am (which is late in case of tours) with very low variety and little to no options for lactose-free/vegan users.

If you don’t mind this, then you can feel free to take it, as it’s on a convenient location and rooms for 2 people can be comfortable in size.

I stayed at Ramada Taksim for 3 nights. Overall didn’t feel it carried the value of a 4 star hotel.

General areas and rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, these were the only positive take aways.

The hotel had “individual air conditioning” advertised in its amenities, however when I arrived the room was very warm and cooling was not possible. The reception informed me they have a centrally controlled system which only allows heating in winter, and cooling in summer. I don’t know what is the cut-off date for this because the room was very warm and stuffy without the heater on.
Only option was to open the window which was unbearable due to the noise from dogs barking and cars.
I was constantly waking up at night to either open the window for cool air, or to shut the window due to the noise from outside.

The mattress and especially the pillows were not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. (Low quality polyester pillows, meanwhile other less star hotels use down/feather pillows).

Given these circumstances I had extremely poor sleep on all my 3 nights.

Few other negative incidents - not given drinking water daily and toiletries missing after room service. Had to call reception multiple times.

Location and breakfast were decent, but ultimately the main purpose of a hotel is to get a good night sleep and it fell short in that aspect.

Extreme bad service. Mohammad kemal has been a pathetic service manager. Who ends up saying if you didn't get tea bags or water or cups since 8 hours, it's not my fault. They charged heavenly us for this hotel but the service is extremely bad. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. Bad service.
