Our stay was pleasant, but the pool was closed for maintenance (10 days maintenance in July is so disappointing!).
The rooms are clean and the location is very convenient IF you have a car!
Breakfast is good ~ very good.
Communication was friendly and easy (staff speak English very well).

We were travelling with the family of six booked 2 triple rooms which they gave on 2 different floors we had no access with in the other room bc lift only take u to ur floor on touching room card otherwise it will not working on reception they say they have the policy of not giving room on same floor that's ridiculous we were travelling for 20 years never experienced this type of policy anywhere in the world except this hotel. Not written anywhere either in information given on booking. Not recommended especially with kids. Rooms have ants on floor as well.

Service- not clean, towels not change every day. Staffs always busy and didnt care well on each customers

This hotel was amazing choice for our trip to Istanbul
. All Staff members were polite and respectful. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel as everything was easy to get access to it and have it . Rooms were clean and nett and all the services were provided gently special care parking and room services. Highly recommended

Bad experience, we paid for a triple room, for 3 adults, breakfast included. We received a double room with an extra bed. Third bad was a small, extendable bed, crammed into the room, a pillow, no towels, no slippers for the third person. Very bad breakfast for a European, no expresso, only instant coffee. Negative experience, without 5-star hotel standards, without Ramada hotel standards.

Mr Onur is the only saving grace at this hotel.
It is located at walking distance to the Kale Outlet Mall and Metro. Which is a plus point for this hotel.
There are convenient stores, cafes and banks also at a walking distance.
It's situated on the main street so getting a taxi is also not difficult.
The rooms were okay too.

i went to the spa facility yesterday and was amazed by it. The massage rooms were such peaceful and loess that you automatically want to leave yourself into the nice massage beds and experience the environment's peace even though I did not go there for that reason. Also the scent of soap welcomes you and you can feel the hygiene which was a greet impresson for me. Turkish bath also is inviting you with all its exotic air. i would like to go and have an experience all the opportunities of the facility. i absolutely loved what i saw there . Go and enjoy there !

I stayed there for 6 nights with my family. The hotel is few steps to tramway station and we enjoyed going easily anywhere we wanted to. I was surprised when I saw I couldn't find any toothbrush or comb or any glasses for water or cups for coffee in the room and asked them several times and finally Succeeded!! Whenever we had our cleaning tag hung, the room was cleaned while we were out. The stuff were friendly. There is a baggage storage for the time you have delivered the room.
The most important reasons that made me rank Ramada fewer stars:
1. breakfast was very simple and you could find reheated items from last days, such as "Cheese Borek".
2. The towels were not packed after laundry.

Terrible room service... location is great due to my field of business which causes me to travel each 2 months and each time I used to come to Ramada Merter since I faced the terrible surprising room service and staffs behavior in my 2 last stays. I decided to change my hotel for my next visits , may be I will use AirBNB since now...
