The staff is super friendly!!!
The room is small for the price, you can hear noise from the next room,
and it's so dirty.
There's no window in the room.
There's a lot of dust on the window frames, under the bed, etc.

Good hospitality, clean and quiet environment
Thad a good time and I stayed for two nights. The man at the reception is very open and smiling. The rooms are noiseless and clean. I would recommend you to stay when you come to Istanbul.

Very nice place stayed here for 2 days for my recent Istanbul trip and it was located in such a clean and beautiful area
Room may look small but was cosy and beautiful
Breakfast was delicious and by eating it I was full for whole day over all nice and friendly staff

I was there for over a week and I have to say that I would love to go there again. There are minor problems, but they are not that serious. I was only there to sleep and shower, so my expectations were not very high. The staff were always helpful. Thank you very much. The hotel is really very central and you can get anywhere in Istanbul. I would recommend it. But please don't have too high expectations 😉

Good location, but room needs renovation. Bad ventilation which causes stale smell in the room, common problem for many Istanbul hotels.

Friendly hotel, rooms are a little dated.
Fantastic powerful shower, cubical Doors were not water tight, which flooded the floor.
Staff are very friendly, however breakfast service is need of attention

A clean friendly hotel. Comfortable bed,good shower, a little tired in places,however as a place to sleep it was ok.

I tried it. It was very good.
It's in the middle and very near to metro so you don't have to pay any taxi from hotel to metro. The breakfast is delicious. Comfortable mattress. Clean room

very good overall experience, hotel is clean and staff are very friendly, we felt at home with staff treating us like family, and responding to any request.
room was clean and bedding is very clean and comfortable, room well insulated and very quite.
Location is great, in the middle of shopping, restaurants, malls, entertainment, medical facilities with everything within few minutes walking distance.
