Stayed in May 2024, and this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had worldwide. The check-in was friendly, and as a Marriott Platinum, I was upgraded to a stunning city-view room. The staff member assured me, "This is the best view!"—and he was right, with an incredible view of Istanbul. On my birthday, the Guest Services Manager surprised me with a cake and card, which was a thoughtful touch. The lounge also offered great views and snacks. The entire staff made my stay truly memorable.

When we arrived to the hotel we were greeted by friendly staff. One of the first people I got to meet was Emre Arslan. Is courtesy and friendliness was immediately noticed. He was willing to assist us with the language barrier and with any needs that we may need for our stay at the hotel. To me, it was surprising to be greeted and assisted by the front desk manager, but it only shows the willingness and desire of the entire staff to take care of the guests at their hotel.Thanks so much to all of the staff.

It’s good but not exeptional I’d say you get what you pay for and that’s it.
Lot of construction around, not really pretty, lot of traffic at all time in front. Can be nearly impossible to get a taxi sometime.
Super helpful desk and concierge staff.
Location seems ok to get around town (by car that is)
Roof top is great but not a terrace.
Rooms are clean.
Shower stuff are ok. Bed are nice, there is AC, room service food is pretty good you can’t Uber eat around there anyways. They have smoking room so there might be one with odor be sure to ask one at the reception that is not for smoker.
Not much space for clothes, small dressing, no place to really store your suitcase if you’re there on your own for few days that’s fine but as a couple staying for a week or longer that seems challenging.
Over all you had no issue regarding the hotel itself or its staff but that’s to be expected for this price I figure.

A very nice hotel. Clean rooms, nice service.
The breakfast was very versatile and had good quality.
A bunch of possibilities to spend time in the hotel (swimming pool, whirlpool, gyms, sauna, even a little Playground outside the hotel).
All in all very recommendable.

The personnel were all great, providing friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. Murat the front desk Manager, in particular, was very professional and attentive, making our stay and check-in process smooth and welcoming. Just a suggestion, when selecting rooms, choose the Sea view over the City view for a more enjoyable experience.

When I arrived at this hotel, apparently, my reservation was not there. My travel agent said it was the hotel and they said it was them, whatever the truth. But I was sitting in the hotel lobby on a bench when a nice bar with comfort seats was literally 50 feet away, and after traveling 8 hours on a plane, nothing of confont was offered to me and they day mgr there at hotel only apologized after everything of figured out. He was welcoming before that! I will be writing to the general manager after my vacation ends. The concierge was amazing, helping me plan activities. Maybe he should observe how they treat people.

I liked our room, bed was comfortable, I was traveling with my 3 year old and she sleeping at the hotel after a long flight, we also used a pool one time. Meltem and Furkan were very sweet and accommodating! Answered all my questions.

The receptionist need to practice their English more. The concierge Hassan is very professional, polite, and helpful. The breakfast is great and has a variety.
Very good location and quite area the property accommodate all the needs, the housekeeping need to give extra tension to the do not disturb light, the guest I had with me complained about the mattress since it is too soft, but it was okay for me. The light in room keep turning on and off at night while I'm sleeping like there is a ghost in the room lol I hope they will fix it. You need to wear a swimming head covee to. E able to swim which i found it ridiculous anyways you can buy one there from the spa. All the facilities are great and clean. Otherwise I had a great Stay and excellent experience.

The room has no air, we both were out of air. Staff made too much noise in the morning in the corridor. The hair dryer was not working properly. The curtains were dusty and was hard to close. It is bad value, not recommended.

Worst hotel experience ever. Stay away from this property as their business practices are close to fraudulent. They will charge you for services not rendered and claim it as “mistakes”.
Warning: this hotel will charge youthful credit card without prior notice.
Had a stay for 6 days in March 2024. Upon check out I was shown a final bill and had the receptionist confirm the amount twice.
4 days after returning home the hotel charges my credit card for 400$ without any invoice.
I had to proactively contact the hotel and ask them what this was regarding.
Hotel claimed they had “made a mistake” and had charged part of my room to another client.
I asked the if it was the normal business conduct to charge clients after final check out and without prior notice
I had an long email correspondance with a low level employee who had cc’ed a number of higher level colleagues and I got no explanation as to why if this was normal business practice or why their associate at the reception had confirmed my total to me twice.
A no point did management step in or assume responsibility.
Please choose any other hotel over this property - it’s a disgrace that Marriott is affiliated with this.
