Rooms and bathroom are old.
Toilet button didn't work so had to flush with lid off using the handle in the toilet.
I had 2 beds...one bed was broken.
Only 1 light in the room worked.
Location amazing. Close to public transport, main shopping area and tourist spots BUT can also be noisy at night, especially weekends.
WiFi, a fridge and the a/c good, don’t bother with the TV.
Some staff don't speak English so a translation app a must.
We tried 3 hotels before. This is by far the worst.
Absolutely disgusting!
The sheets, curtains and towels are smelly and unclean.
The toilet is broken it's separated from the floor.
The air dryer is not working.
The shower is too old that the water hose is broken.
The TV is just too small, my mobile's screen is bigger!
The stuff are helpful and friendly but that doesn't compensate anything. We didn't want to stay in the room but rather just do anything in the streets than staying there.
It was not bad, but it was not good either
A fairly ordinary hotel, albeit close to the lower level
WiFi is not very fast but it is good
One should not expect much from a 3-star hotel here
They announced breakfast at 8 o'clock but brought it to me around 9 o'clock
And I had to wait longer
Small cheeses, eggs, fresh bread and tea
I paid 38 lira for a can of beer !!!
Of course, the hotel staff buys from outside and the hotel is not available for drinks.
The room was upstairs and had a balcony, but the noise was so terrible that you could not sleep for even a minute.
A terribly crowded street
The elevator was sometimes available to staff and I had to move several floors without an elevator

Hotel location is perfect. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Prices are so reasonable compared to other nearest hotels.
My opinion is, if you are on vacation on Istanbul with your family must stay this hotel neat and clean. Rooms are not big but it’s ok as price.
Try to avoid this period as it's very near by the demonstration..
