The location was really good. The hotel was great. The rooms were clean, and the service was even better. The rooms were cleaned every day, which was really nice. This hotel is very generous with towels and various amenities for the room. Additionally, this hotel had a fantastic staff. I have never stayed at a hotel with staff like this. Truly staff with great kindness, empathy, and helpfulness. A big thank you to Gunay and her husband once again. Also, many thanks to Rahimullah, who provided excellent service! This hotel is highly recommended!

Clean rooms with spacious showers and air conditioning in the heart of Cemberlitas...what more could you ask for? Ehsan took care of us from the beginning of our stay, and even helped arrange an airport transfer for us upon our departure. The staff are very courteous and friendly. We loved our stay and would gladly recommend it to other travelers looking to stay in the historical area of the European side of Istanbul.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and tranquility it offered. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The highlight of my stay was the staff, especially Gunay. Gunay went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, offering personalized recommendations and assistance whenever needed. Their warmth and professionalism truly stood out, making me feel not just like a guest but a valued friend. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay.

We had a great stay. Mr Fazal was so kind and provided exceptionally high quality of service. Location is great. Walkable to all major attractions,restaurants, and tram station. Highly recommended !

I have not stayed at this hotel but I wanted to leave a review on their customer service. Without going into too many details, errors were made on my part with the booking. I called them and Fazal was extremely helpful and prompt. He was patient and understanding. He got back to me really quickly and resolved the issue straight away.
We won't be staying due to the size of our party but if we were smaller, would definitely stay due to the level of customer service.

Good side:
The staff were friendly and polite. We were able to keep our luggage for a day to spend time in the city before going to the airport.
The hotel is located near main attractions and restaurants, and just few minutes walk from a tram station, the sea, lots of shops...
The room was nicely decorated and fairly illuminated.
The Internet was fast.
The service is really good (asked about few things and they were efficiently responsive).
Bad side:
They do not clean the room every day.
Overall, I would definitely return and I recommend this hotel.

One of my few best stays in Istanbul especially with reasonable prices, and spacious and clean rooms. Finally, quite neighborhood and friendly staff.

Extremely friendly staff and very good prices too, totally worth every single penny (room 301 😁) after two years since my first stay and it got even better and better so thank you for being kind and being there also for the covid PCR test
